Blaize Harty went over and above for our family. He made it seem as if we were his only clients throughout the whole process. Blaize knows the ins and outs of homeowners insurance and will be able to navigate any insurance carrier to get the best outcome for his clients. I seriously would never work with anyone else again thank you so much again for all of your hard work and dedication that you showed to us and our kids we really appreciate you.

They were very responsive at first when getting the estimate and getting things approved with the insurance company. However, I still have a leaning exhaust fan on the outside they said they would come back and look at and didn't. The workers had knocked some soffits out of place, and then there were wasps nest in the area and they just shoved nest back in there when they had to come back out after work was complete to fix the soffits when I called.

Why in the world would you put the nest back in there? Also workers were drinking beer on the job. I had the empty cans in the garbage container to prove it. Roof seems to be doing fine 6 months later and looks good at least. Also, the workers kept putting a metal ladder on my new railings after I brought towels out there to place along the railings of my deck so they wouldn't get wrecked and they would still move the ladder along the railing without moving the towel after I spoke to the workers. I was given touch up paint to fix the problem.

We had a tree fall on our roof due to high winds which created some roof damage. Eddie one of their sales guys came over to assess the damage. All of the staff at Prominent Construction were amazing to work with right from the beginning of the project to the end. We had hail damage to the roofs of 4 outbuildings and our house. They came out to take a look at the buildings, gave a fair estimate, took care of all of the permits, and worked with our insurance company as needed. They used top of the line materials, and were able to shingle all of the buildings in one day.

After doing such a great job at our house, they worked with my parents, and shingled their house and an out building. They also resided their house, and installed gutters. I would definitely use Prominent again in the future!

Rob did a great job assessing the condition of the roof and worked with the assessor and insurance company to get the roof replacement approved. Once approved, Eddie was great to work with to get it scheduled. The large crew actually came out a day earlier than scheduled because of rain likely on the scheduled day. They replaced the roof in one day and did a nice job on the roof and cleaning up after themselves. Very happy with the new roof.

I had a positive experience with Prominent Construction. They worked very diligently with my insurance company to make sure the claim was thorough (all damage was identified & included in the claim) and Prominent addressed all of the questions and objections from the insurance company. The work was completed in a timely fashion, the quality was good/met expectations and completely cleaned up after they were finished. Overall, a good experience.

Had a great experience with Prominent Construction this past fall. I called them as there were several signs in our neighborhood stating hail/wind damage. Hired prominent to install new roof. Quote and Insurance process went fine. Noticed damage to irrigation system during the installation and notified their team immediately. Followed up 10+ times and was told the issue would be resolved. It's been several months and the issue was never rectified.

Prominent was very handy in helping us get our roof replaced. After being shut down from several claims even though there was obvious roof damage, Rob gave it another try and we were approved for a full replacement. Once that came through the team was very thorough and fast. I was kinda surprised at how fast the whole process start to finish was. I was initially contacted by Rob Lee, who was very patient and professional in explaining the issues with my roof. He was very responsive throughout the claim process and answered my questions promptly. Eddie Kaprall was the project manager and helped in selecting roof materials, scheduling the repair work, and closing the claim. Overall Prominent did a good job in my roof repair and I highly recommend it.

The guys were amazing! First off the entire process was effortless as they handled everything dealing with insurance. As far as the install, the crew arrived at about 7:30 am and they knocked it out in one day! The clean up was amazing also! It was almost as they were not here at all. Everyone that complains about finding nails has to remember what kind of job they had done! I personally found two! Two from the entire roof! That's pretty amazing if you ask me! Great job fellas!
