Jason is the most honest individual I have ever encountered. We have called on Professional Poolcare for years and I will NEVER call anyone else. If you need pool help.call them! Highly recommend Professional Poolcare for all of your pool needs. Pete and his team did a full remodel and installed a salt system at our new home. As first time pool owners, Pete took the time to walk us through the process and teach us about our pool system and maintenance. The pool looks amazing after Professional Poolcare did their thing!

Did something dumb the other day and blew out the fittings on my filter. Michelle sent someone first thing this morning and in no time Jason had me up and running. Price didn't hurt and quality of workmanship exceptional.

Given the ratings on Google, I decided to contact Professional Poolcare for a quote on a gas heater for spa, pool/spa and replacing both the pool light and spa light. From the get go, they dropped one ball after another. I was quoted for the lights initially and not the heater. On the heater, I had asked for two separate quotes, one for both pool/spa and one for spa only.

They provided one for the pool/spa and I had to ask for the spa only quote. I had to call and chase information down a few times. Michelle apologized and stated they do not operate this way and offered to knock off some money on the light and an hour off installation fee. I decided to give them yet another chance and emailed 5 days ago stating we wanted to proceed with the light replacement. I haven't heard a word. No reply, no phone call, nothing! I am done giving them chances and will gladly take my business elsewhere! Customer service is becoming extinct!

The project turned out ok. But it took over 5 months to finish. This company is lack of communicating. I called and left the voice mail never get the phone call back. Sometimes I sent Peter an email, luckily if you get his response. I asked for weekly service to maintain the pool and did not give me the quote or tell me the schedule for service. After 1 week the pool was done with remodeling, it was turning green. So I had to hire another one to clean it. I was disappointed. I would not recommended

I have enjoyed the service of Professional Poolcare for close to 10 years and have no complaints. The name says it all....Pete handles all issues that arise over the years in a very professional manner at a reasonable price. I would recommend Professional Poolcare to anyone who has a pool!!

In the beginning they were great ,but now they suck they claim they did a treatment but when I run my home Sullivan they haven't been out in over three weeks and pool my is green but they say they come out every week. Im in need of a new Pool service and suggestions

I scheduled a time for someone to come out to clean and drain the pool at a house I'm renovating, and paid in advance for the service. I don't currently live in the house, so I never had a chance to actually meet with the technician. I was told he would be there at 8am, but by 9 I had to leave. The pump they used to drain the pool didn't work, so they just left and did not return.

I never got a courtesy call to update me on what was going on. I finally reached someone in the office, only to find out they would not be back for the rest of the day. They assured me someone would be back between 8 and 10 in the morning to finish the job. The person didn't arrive until almost 4pm, didn't finish the job, and had to come out yet again the next day.

When he left, no chemicals were added, he never shut off the faucet so my pool was overflowing, did not clean the filter, and did not reassemble the pump. On top of everything else, they double charged me, but did take off the extra charge when I brought it to their attention.

Contacted professional poolcare regarding a clogged drain and no water flow, Michelle called me right away and gave me a very reasonable estimate and even though I compounded my problem by leaving the pump on and blowing out a fitting they were still able to solve my dilemma within the original estimated price. They were quick, professional and judging by the detail of the visible repairs highly skilled at their job.

If it was at all possible to give 6 stars in this review I certainly would. In the future should I need any more work done you better believe I will be calling again. My hats off to the crew at "professional poolcare"for a "JOB WELL DONE"

I have had a pool for over 20 years in Central Florida and for those 20 years I have been looking for a Quality Pool Company when a problem occurs. Professional Poolcare is that Company. Pete made us feel comfortable from the moment that we met him. Pete came out and went over our entire pool. Pete fixed everything that was not working properly and charged us no more then his original estimate.

Everything I asked Pete to fix or change he did it. He did not try to recommend costly repairs that I did not need. I might add that my wife was very happy dealing with Pete. We have had other repair people come to the house and it is a very uncomfortable feeling when your wife calls and says are you going to be home soon.

I can't say enough about how awesome Professional Poolcare's staff and services have been. They are professional, courteous and overall they have just been really great to work with. Plus our pool has never looked better!

I own a spa/hot tub repair company and these guys send me repair work for portable spas. Great company to do business with.

After babysitting other companies in the area to take care of the pool Professional Poolcare always does a good job and keep up with equipment needs when they arise. Would recommend highly.

My one small complaint is that they seem to be a bit sketchy on replying to emails, maybe it's because they're so damn busy all the time?

The most unresponsive, poorly communicating business I have ever dealt with. They also have very poor reviews on Angie's List and on BBB. I would assume their positive reviews are fake. I stayed with this horrendous company for far too long, largely because I am busy and didn't want to deal with the hassle of finding someone new. What a long term mistake that was.

My pool was horribly maintained and green all the time. They always blamed this on my yard, my yard crew, the fertilizers in my lawn, etc. When I asked for repairs, they hardly ever got done, and those that were done were handled inefficiently at best. I still (over a year later) have a bill from this company which I refuse to pay as my pool spent the last few months of "service" as completely unusable.

I had to pay another company to scrub and clean my pool properly, which almost had to be drained because of the poor condition it was in. My current pool company has never left me with a green pool (My Clean Pool - great company). It is clean all the time. They respond to my phone calls and e-mails promptly and professionally. Professional Poolcare are professional scam artists, not pool servicers.

I have used Professional Pool Care for 5 or 6 years with NEVER a complaint. Pete DeGregory is ALWAYS TRUE TO HIS WORD. His work and that of his employees is nothing but GREAT! I would not use any other Company.

We just used Professional Poolcare - "Pete the pool guy"! They were wonderful, prompt, experienced and reasonable! I will never call another pool service again! Michelle handles their office and was pleasant and SO easy to work with. They even came when we were out of town and fixed the gas heater problem and readily billed us with no worries about being paid! They were awesome - you won't be disappointed!

Very impressed with the service I got from Pete. Pool is not leaking! Good price too.
