It was a mouse in the house alert! Such great service, especially as a first time residential customer (my employer has been a steady customer for years). Jerry was extra helpful in pointing out potential problem areas outside, fixed the areas that were in need and laid down several safe traps to catch our, hopefully brief, visitor that the cat was so proud of as she dropped it, alive, at my feet.

I work with this company through my Property management group. They have always been very responsive, easy to work with, treat my residents well, and trust worthy.

I am so unhappy with this company I simply would not recommend them ever I just found signs of mice in my silverware drawer and a dead mouse in my basement tow month after their last service call

They are not willing to return dropped phone calls. When I called back and I am a (return customer) voicemail not long enough to leave a message and phone #.

I can not recommend for Milwaukee. Called to schedule and they said a tech would be in the area later in the week. I prepaid and arranged for someone to be home to let them in. On the scheduled service day the tech calls me from in front of the property and says they can't do monthly. Only a one time visit and that would be at full price. He 'didn't realize milwaukee was more than 30 minutes from West Bend'.

Anyone with mice knows one visit usually won't do it. So then I'd have to pay someone else the one time up front cost again to get on their multi visit program! Ridiculous! UPDATE: The following week I received a call from the president who apologized and offered to make things right (and saying they did indeed serve Milwaukee, the tech was just confused).

I had already booked another contractor - but it was nice to hear from someone and he obviously cared about customer satisfaction. Upgrading an extra star (from 1 to 2) - and maybe someone else could try if you are in the Milwaukee area.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! First they came into my home and literally just kept pointing at things and saying " This would piss me off if I had to come fumigate in here". Then continued to say "I'm going to be really pissed off people are still here when we show up" Then canceled because we didn't salt the driveway, and nobody was there to let them in even though they told us not to be there and rescheduled us for the following day.

They never sent a checklist telling us what we should do to prepare for fumigation. So I cleaned up everything off the floor like they asked, and made everything neat and tidy before they arrived. I came home to a completely ransacked house. Photos ripped off the walls, stepped on, or were buried in other debris. Clothing absolutely everywhere, everything ripped out of the closets. If you like idiot rednecks with a "big man" complex then this is the company for you!

Tim was knowledgeable and friendly. It was a pleasure to have him take care of our problem with birds.

Great service for over 5 years. Got rid of mice in the garage and have kept the exterior spider and bug clean.

These folks are great. Wonderful customer service. Willing to share knowledge and educate the curious customer. I've got quotes on multiple pest control needs from other companies in the past and this company provided the best experience (and their prices are great, too!)

I had them come out for a mouse proofing service. They used steel wool and expanding foam to seal up all of the cracks. After they came, I had more mice in the house than before. I called and they said to wait a couple of weeks to make sure the mice trapped in the house were gone. After a month there were still mice in the house. I asked them to come back again, and they gave me a hard time about it.

They said they couldn't guarantee their work. They did finally agree to come back out, but the second time didn't change anything. I finally called kwikKill and they came out the same day. They showed me at least 3 holes that were large enough for mice to get through that PPC had missed. They filled them and I haven't had a mouse since.
