OMG! What great techs we had fixing our A/C issues during this heat wave. We were melting with no air. Both guys very professional, courteous, and finished the job quickly after they provided us a quote. I wish I got their names to mention here. Thanks!

During this horrible heat wave, my upstairs AC unit went out. I called several companies and the earliest they could come out was next week! So, I made an appointment and prayed we would survive sleeping in the living room! After a terrible, sleepless, night I called Pro Air Tech. I asked the owner when a tech could come out to my house. He told me someone could come out that afternoon between 1-5.

I was surprised! Sure enough, just after 3:00 my AC was fixed! What a wonderful company! When all other companies just put me on their schedule, Trent went above and beyond! I cannot say enough about the service! I highly recommend this company!

At the recommendation of a neighbor, contacted them to check on our AC unit. Dispatch team was courteous, professional and worked us into a very busy schedule. Very professional and took the time to explain everything. I wasn't able to climb the steps to the attic, but they took a picture, even texted it to me and explained everything even how to put in the filter. The guys even explained how to operate the new thermostat. I've used them in the past to service/fix my old unit and will continue to use them!

Have worked with Pro Air Tech for the last five years. I have use them to install commercial units at office buildings that I own. I have used them to install units at rental homes. And I have used them in my personal home. They are always punctual, straightforward, and give you a fair price for the work that gets done. I highly recommend.

After getting an estimate of three companies on a Mitsubishi system, only one provided me with an estimate. The other two wanted to sell me a different system besides the one I wanted. This company gave me exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price and was efficient and knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them

Fast reliable service. Techs called 35 min before showing up and got straight to work. Incredible customer service. They try to actually diagnose and fix your issues (which they did for me) instead of trying to upsale me on a new system. Honest guys in a shady industry. Got my ac blowing ice cold again in about 1 hour. Small part and a clogged hose. Fraction of the price compared to the other 2 estimates i got. Hands down a class act. would recommend to all

I cannot say enough good things about ProAir! Our heat went out during the big freeze in January, we called ProAir at the end of the business day and they couldn’t get the part we needed until the next morning due to everything being closed. As a solution, the owner brought out several space heaters at 10pm at night!!! If that’s not going above and beyond I don’t know what is!

After that we were sold on getting our new unit from ProAir Matt was great! He worked with our budget offered honest suggestions and most importantly he was laid back and not over the top with high pressure sales tactics. I waited a month to write this because everything seemed too good to be true, but our unit is still working great and we couldn’t be more happy with ProAir! Thanks Guys!!

Pro Air Tech is the best!! We are finishing our twenty-two hundred square foot basement and needed ductwork run and vents placed. Pro Air Tech beat all the hand full of estimates I had gotten, they showed up on time, went right to work, got the job done in a timely manner and cleaned up when finished! Very happy with the work they did and I would recommend them to anyone!

Matt with Pro Air Tech called me minutes after I put my information in with Home Advisor. He came out that afternoon. Gave me prices and finance options that no other companies offer. I was pleased with the pricing. Very competitive. His guys showed up with the units, on time. Installed everything and cleaned up. They were professional and respectful of my home. Matt was in constant contact with me prior, during and after the install.

What impressed me the most was Matt's consideration for the installers. He personally thanked them for a job well done and shook their hands before they left. People who treat their employees and co-workers well treat their customers well. Could not recommend them enough times.

This is the 2nd time Pro Air Tech has came to my rescue. During the night my air stopped working I contacted them first thing the next morning and they had service tech Rob at my house before 10. Not only was Rob professional but he was so nice and made me feel so at ease. Within an hour he had everything up and running like new. I am so thankful for this company.
