I have used Priority Termite and Pest Control for over 20 years. They spray inside and out once a month. I use them both at my home and my river cabin. They keep my dwelling free of spiders, ants, termites, mice and whatever else comes along. Their staff are very efficient. Adam, my curent technician is always on time, supper friendly, clean and address any concerns I may have. Casey calls each month to schedule a time that works best for me.

At 1155 this morning one of their drivers tried to race 5 cars on maple to the merge point on 72nd. When he realized he wasn't able to get ahead of them he slammed on his breaks. That caused 3 cars to slam on their breaks and I had to drive over the curb to avoid from hitting anyone. When I got up next to him I asked him what his problem was and his reply was to flip me off that's pretty classy!

I've been using Priority Pest Control for over 2 years. The staff is so polite and helpful! Unwanted bugs and critters in your home can be really scary, stressful, and a little embarrassing. but they put you at ease and help you QUICKLY with your problem. From a bed bug scare, fleas on our rescue cat, stink bugs, those weird lady bug things, and scary spiders, they've solved all our problems! I highly recommend them!

No call. No show. No respect for my time. I made an appointment days in advance to have bats mitigated in my attic. No one arrived at all, let alone on-time. I called the office to see what the problem was and got an answering service (which wasn't local / part of a franchise) which said, "they'd pass along my message". They claim this was a 30 minute job, quoted for $1,000! For that time and price I expect a service provider to call if they will not make the appoint in the LEAST. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and so should you!

We have been with Priority for over ten years. They have helped us with issues of mice, bats, and bugs. It is an old house that had many nooks and crannies for critters to come in, but by working with them over the years, they have helped us seal up the house and keep critters out. The lady that answers the phones and helps make appointments is always professional, responsive, and friendly. Kenny, who provides our bimonthly service, is polite, prompt, and always professional. We have had nothing but great service from this company. I regularly recommend them.

We have used Priority Pest Control for several years. Their treatments are highly effective. Mary, from the office, always calls to set up an appointment time that is convenient to us. Russel, the tech, makes sure our cats are where we need them to be (so they don’t sneak down the basement or outside) while he is applying treatments.

Robert Bighia came out to spray our home for roaches, was actually early and asked if we wouldn't mind starting early. He was very professional and personable and took care of the initial treatment in approx 30 minutes. He was 100% honest with everything and didn't attempt to gouge us. I cannot express my gratitude enough and highly recommend their company.

I have been in the Property Management business for over 17 years. I have used many different pest control companies and Priority Pest is by far the best in those 17 years. They are very prompt at getting the attention needed for your pest control needs. I have very seldom had to have them come back for the same issue and if they do, they won't have to come back again.
They are very good at reassuring residents along with answering any questions they may have. I also recommend them to friends and family. I would never use anyone else. I would give then an A as far as service and customer service. I now you won't be disappointed.
