Chris, the owner of Priority One, is very skilled and handles a vast array of home projects. He fixed two electrical boxes for front lights that came out too far so any light put on them didn't fit flush to the house. Chris changed them out for the correct size, and put up 4 new lights for the outside. He also fixed a gate that couldn't be fixed by someone else. He knew just what was needed for a perfect, easy closure. We will call him again for anything else we need.

Priority One gives their best handy work. He not only replaced a ceiling fan, he also fixed our back door and frame. His team also fixed our brick wall after someone crashed into it. Not only did the wall get fixed, but also painted for a good price. He's reasonable, fair and honest. I have more work needs to be done around the house and I'd rather call Priority one. Installed a ceiling fan for us. Very happy with his choice of fan and also the installation work. Nice guy, clean, wears a mask in my home, all great. Also on time, called when on his way. Try him, you'll like him.

I contacted Priority One over the weekend about a jammed garbage disposal and spoke to Chris. He had a cancellation and was able to fit me in at the end of the day. He showed up when he said he would and was able to remove the jam for a very reasonable price without having to completely replace the disposal. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Chris was great to work with. I first reached out to a couple other handymen and left voicemails but never heard back from either company. I did another search and found Priority One so I submitted a quote request through their website. I received an e-mail response within the hour which was a pleasant surprise seeing as how the previous companies completely ignored me.

I was given a quote early the following morning which I approved and the repairs were scheduled for later that week. Chris arrived on time and was very friendly. One of my projects was replacing my bathroom faucet that had a slow leak. Chris explained that the faucet just needed a new seal and didn't actually need to be completely replaced. I really appreciated his honesty and will definitely recommend him to others in the future.

Had a good experience yesterday with this company. Work was done right, on time and within budget. Set up another appointment next month for a few other odds and ends that my wife wants to have completed. Thanks for the great service.

Chris Riggs is by far the best Handyman/person around. Him and his crew did a small remodel and popcorn removal in our living room and of course it looks great. Unfortunately we had another Handyman service come and seal our front door due to warm air entering. Chris was not available that day so we didn't have may options. Well, shame on us as we should have waited for Chris to become available.

The seal and insulation was coming off a week later. We made an appointment with Chris to give us a bid of taking out our sliding patio door and installing French Doors and we had him look at the door. Thanks god we did as the last contractor installed the incorrect material. Oh well, lessened learned, we will wait a coup extra days for Priority One. Chris will be here today 6/8/2018 to insulate back door and front door that was done improperly and at that time we will let him know which French door we would like installed.

I have used Priority One Home Repair a few times for some maintenance and repairs in a couple of rentals I own. My calls/e-mails are always returned in a timely manner and they show up when they say they will. Prices are also reasonable and I have never had any issues with the work. Chris did a terrific job for us. His repair work was very good, very fast, and very reasonably priced. He was punctual and even volunteered to work overtime to finish a job that we added at the last minute. We recommend him and his company highly and will use him again in the future. Chris is a good guy. One experience with him so far in repairing a beat up 2nd floor wood deck built in the 80s. The rail was falling off on this home I purchased and anyone who leaned on it would have fell 15 feet to the concrete. He did a nice job replacing the rail system and securing it properly. This is a little more challenging than many other scopes of work you might consider Chris for so I would recommend him for a wide range of services. I will use him again.
