Prime Texas Surveys

Rarely do you find a professional service willing to share the responsibility in an ordering error, but Prime Texas Surveys, LLC worked with me to get the actual survey I needed at no additional cost. I have used them in the past on what was previously titled a Topographic Survey. Well, things have changed probably due to Hurricane Harvey, and that type of survey no longs addressed my needs.

When I received it and discovered the error, they listened to me and provided what I needed. They offered the highest level of customer service and showed exceptional moral integrity and business ethics! Thank you Stacie and the rest of the staff.

Brandon was amazing, from the moment we talked he explained the whole process and made it simple for me. Turnaround time was worth the results. Recommend, coming back again as a realtor.

Stephanie collected money for a re-plat but despite numerous attempts to move them to complete the project, they only ever performed a survey and that was only after much questioning on why it had not been performed. We have had to file a lawsuit against Stephane and Jose for non-performance. Don't risk your project with these people and if you do use them, NEVER pre-pay for services.

They contract good surveyors but the turn around time is incredibly slow. Over 2 weeks in drafting, and they are terrible about giving a time estimate. Dragging this along has greatly extended my remodel project.

I needed a survey done quickly for a refinance application and Prime Texas Surveys came through with flying colors. I found them to be professional and supper accommodating. Jose and Ricardo were great. They were also $300 cheaper than what the original Survey company was asking for. Thanks!

Edited - I ordered a survey on 10/23/20 and was told it would take two weeks. The mortgage company followed up with Prime on 11/11/20, and Prime responded on 11/12/20, "I'll have it for you VERY soon. Almost finished. Needs our Surveyor's stamp and signature." Mortgage company followed up via email with them again on 11/30/20, still with no response.

I also emailed on 11/30/20 with no response, and when I called this morning (12/1/20), phone went to voicemail and mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a message. I called back around noon, and was told I'd have it in about an hour. Called back around 3 pm and they emailed it over. If you're able to stay on top of them, I think they are more responsive. I, on the other hand, paid and expected everything to be taken care of. That wasn't the case with this company.

Contacted this company for a survey, I went ahead for the price it is affordable. At first they stated it will take 2 weeks for the survey to be completed. Its almost 2 MONTHS and nothing. My husband and I call this office every other day for any update. They always say they will have it ready by the next day. Next day comes and nothing. Do not recommend this company. Please look for something else unless you are willing to wait for months.

Just like others here, I have had a difficult time getting an honest response about when I will receive my form survey that I requested on 11/30 and it is now 12/29. It has been at least 4-5 times that I've been told "we'll have it done by either today or tomorrow" and I never receive it. It would be at least polite to give me an honest answer, but I keep getting told lies. Yes the price is good, but at this point I wouldn't hesitate to pay premium instead of having to put off construction on my house for a month so far.

After getting the run around with other companies, Prime Texas helped out with what I needed and worked with my architect and engineer. Joe and Leo made it easier for me as it was my first build. Would definitely work with them again. Excellent service!

When I purchased my property to build my forever home. I contacted Prime Texas Survey and they helped me every step of the way. They got my survey done quicker than expected. That helped in getting me financed quicker. Good job guys. Keep up the good work.

I was promised my survey before closing and they did not follow thru. A piss poor company. They were to call me before they came out and they did not. I called many times and never could get a straight answer from anyone. They kept passing the buck

Excellent service from the guys over at Prime Texas Surveys. They have done 4 of my projects for my construction company. If you need surveys, elevation certificates, topos, or replats I recommend you use them.

I needed an elevation certificate on a previously flooded home I was purchasing for flood insurance purposes. I advised them that I needed it done before my option period was over for insurance quotes and they promised they could get deliver it in time. I paid more than I would've with any other company because of the time constraint I had. After calling them several times they still could not get the certificate to me in time and told me that because I wasn't calling everyday like the other large companies, my request was pushed to the back of the line. I prepaid for the certificate in good faith thinking they would keep their promise, but ended up displeased with their service.

They where a very helpful, professional, and great service to work with. I advise everyone to use this service they helped me so much. I worked with Alan Atwood.

It is not enough to say that they do great work and very accurate. Prime Texas goes above and beyond in terms of customer service as well. The gentleman name Jose and I are on first name basis because he always returns my calls and filled the requests we are needing to progress with our church building project. Good old fashioned customer service is hard to find but they made me comfortable with our project. I would recommend them for any survey services.

I called for ordering few survey, and ask for the quotations. But the person who answering the phone was so mean and NOT in a polite way. I don't think this is a professional company. Don't recommend anyone to use this company.

Coordinated survey from 2,000 miles away. Prompt, punctual, and professional.

I called to get an estimate for a survey on a property. This survey was for the purposes of a boundary disagreement. The person who answered told me that they did not want to handle the survey if it was for that purpose.
