Premium Flooring refinished the hardwood steps in our house. They were very professional and really know what they are doing and enjoy their work. I was impressed how they cleaned up and wiped the dust from the railings afterward. We are very happy with the finished product and would recommend them to anyone.

Last year we had a water leak from our dish washer. We contacted several companies and Fabiano at Premium Flooring was our selection. We where going away for a while and I could not believe how they took control of the situation. Fabiano went and obtain a dehumidifier and ripped all the flooring out that was damage and made sure all the damage floor was dried out before they started laying all new floor in the house.
They had to replace all flooring in the main areas of the house. He kept in touch with us while we where out of town and explain everything that had to be done. Once his crew came in place to install they where very professional and they did a awesome job. I have to say he went beyond what the other floor companies wouldn't consider to do. Since then I have recommended him to other clients for work and they all were very satisfied with his work and his crew. Our floors still look brand new and beautiful. I can't say enough great commits about Fabiano with Premium Flooring and his Team, their work ethics, attention to detail, and extreme professionalism and through communication. He is a joy to work, he enjoys his job and pleasing his clients and this shows through his ethics and professionalism. We purchased a home that had to be gutted and completely renovated. Fabiano and his team installed Harwood floors throughout our home.
The work was completed over a year ago and they look like they were just installed yesterday. His attention to detail and craftsmanship along with his team's talents is second to none. He gave honest advice and suggestions, he was patient when we were deciding on the stain color and gave us a few options, in addition he allowed ample time for us to make our selection and we did not feel rushed in the process.
The stairs that lead to our 2nd floor were not sturdy and in poor condition he suggested we have them rebuild the stairs otherwise original stairs would not get the proper install. I have to have to say this is my favorite, area in our home they are Beautiful. Fabiano and his team also repaired some stairs in our condo that needed resurfaced and some molding re built and his work made a world of difference. Thank You Fabiano and your Team!
