I dealt with this clown years ago on an unrelated project. Totally deceptive and unprofessional. I would never recommend dealing with him.

Like many during the pandemic, we decided to completely remodel our kitchen. Visited a few places, but when we got to Premier and sat down with Aimee everything felt right. She listened to our needs and ideas, and helped us design the perfect kitchen for us. Although it took a few months to begin the remodel due to high demand for these types of services, Kent and his team did a tremendous job.

Every person who showed up for different parts of the remodel were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They did excellent work and we are very happy with the end result. Can't recommend this company enough. Excellent work and all around great people.

Met with Kym for some ideas related to our kitchen and bath remodel. Visiting the showroom was a fantastic experience. They have everything you need right there in the showroom or you can choose to get your own from other suppliers. Kym was there to guide us through the design process and handed us off to the Project Manager once the planning was done. All the professional installers were friendly, neat and efficient. From start of the installation till completion was around 40 days. Highly recommend Premier!

We just completed a major home renovation with Premier Kitchen and Bath and are completely happy with the final results! We appreciated Kym taking the time to show us many choices and designs. We had some idea of what we wanted but the showroom, samples and computer models made the process so much easier. Martin did phenomenal work throughout the house and Kent kept us apprised on the timing of the job. Overall great experience. Will definitely recommend Premier Kitchen and Bath to everyone.

We had our kitchen remodeled and are very pleased with the results. Everyone was very professional from beginning to end. The showroom had plenty of options to choose from in all price ranges. Bruce was very helpful in making our selections. His experience helped us avoid making any decisions that we might have regretted. The only frustrating experience was the amount of time we had to wait to begin the project, but that could not be helped due to Covid.

Once the project began it was done in a timely manner. Kent was very helpful in keeping me informed on what was to be done each day. All the workers were professional and made sure there was no mess left at the end of the day. We are very pleased with the results, it's exactly how I had envisioned it. I highly recommend this business to anyone wanting to change and update their kitchen.

Premier was referred to me by a family member. The entire process was fantastic from design to install. My master bath is a large and the counter/cabinets is fairly odd shaped. They were able to offer design choices I would have never thought of and made the space much more functional and beautiful. The installers were amazing - I was able to move out of the master bedroom during the construction and they layed down protective coverings on the floor from the entry of the house all the way to the bathroom and hung plastic sheeting in the entry way to keep the dust contained and to a minimum.

Always conscientious of their surroundings and my time (I still work from home so they let me know if major construction was going to occur). The construction is high quality and done to perfection. and the tile! Cesar knows his stuff! - I cannot imagine using anyone else for any kind of remodel. Kym, Kent, William, Martin, and Cesar - I got the A++ team for sure!

We engaged Premier to remodel our kitchen and living room. Our designer, Bruce, had great ideas and was very helpful bringing our vision (or "visions" as the two of us had slightly different desires!) to life. Kent, our project manager, did a great job in keeping the various crews (all of which were Premier employees) scheduled and the project moved along at a good pace.

He was professional, responsive, and came by on a regular basis to check on the project and see if we had any concerns. The crews themselves were professional, punctual, and did excellent work. Overall we were very satisfied and would recommend Premier to our friends.

If you only have a minute to read this, the main message is that we are thrilled with our new kitchen and the service we received from everyone on the Premier team, from Bruce, our designer, and Kent, our construction manager, to every single worker who made a contribution. More detail, if you're interested: The kitchen in our new (to us) manufactured home was dated and not our style; in addition, there was a pointless desk in an area that clearly needed to be a walk-in pantry.

We wanted to replace everything except the flooring. We went to the big-box store first - since we knew absolutely nothing about tackling this sort of project - and realized that would mean managing all the different aspects of this ourselves, which we were completely disinterested in doing. Then we went to another kitchen-design company that wanted badly to sell us cabinets but nothing else. Finally, we wandered into Premier and met Bruce.

The thing about Bruce was that he listened, gave advice, debated, and listened some more. We really appreciated his expertise and ideas, even when - a couple of times - we decided to go a different route. He guided us through appliance selection, which I thought was above and beyond the call of duty. Turned out, he was so, so, SO right about the paint color, the cabinets, the lighting, and the countertops.

I was right about the sink and the backsplash. Oh, and we were both right about the pantry. I won't kid you - living through a major remodel was not a picnic. Or rather, it was a never-ending picnic for most of a month, complete with paper plates, plastic forks, and no place to do dishes. They warned us, and they were right. But Kent managed the project to a T, finishing on schedule to the day.

Every single workman was polite, skilled, and professional. They solved the problem of what to do about no floor tile under the old base cabinets, invented a way to give the microwave a custom enclosure, and crafted crown molding to fit our sloped ceiling perfectly. Kent was in and out, checking regularly. The whole job actually included more than the kitchen, as we also had part of a wall removed and the living/dining room repainted.

Our job was completed just before the COVID-19 pandemic hit (thank heaven!), so we are still waiting for a few minor punch-items to be addressed. No one's fault and I know Kent won't forget about us. When the situation allows, they'll get done. In the meantime, even with those couple of items outstanding, we have a beautiful pale turquoise kitchen with beautiful quartz countertops and a killer backsplash.

As Bruce promised, the stainless-steel appliances - French-door fridge with flex drawer, beverage fridge, top-of-the-line dishwasher, and a range with a double oven - bring the bling. My 6-shelf walk-in pantry is about 25 square feet and even with everything put away and too many cans of soup and boxes of pasta, I have unused shelf space. AND a couple shelves in my cabinets are still empty, too. Bruce told me I'd have a ton of storage!

We are very happy with our bathroom remodel. We wanted more storage space so a pocket door replaced the regular door, and cabinets were extended to the wall. Our almost 30 year old bathroom got a much needed update to fit our needs. Premier Kitchen and Bath kept us apprised of everything that was happening with the remodel, and everyone who came to the house to work was very professional, polite, and nice. Bruce did a fabulous job of working on the design and colors for our bathroom. The project manager, Kent, always let us know who would be coming in to work on specific days. We are looking forward to having them remodel our kitchen in the near future.

We chose Premier Kitchen & Bath over other remodeling businesses because of 3 main things - their design capabilities, their high quality materials, and their team of professional craftsman. They exceeded our expectations in every category. Bruce designed a beautiful guest bath using natural stone & a spectacular choice of granite, while keeping the room in balance with the rest of our home.

He involved us in every choice, and his guidance through color, texture, and top quality fixtures was amazing. Project Manager Kent coordinated the flow of the work process and - when needed - he rolled up his sleeves and pitched in. All the workers (electrical, plumbing, demolition, etc) were respectful of our home & of us, and put down protective mats wherever they needed to walk. Cesar stands out as a meticulous, quiet, craftsman who invested long days to complete the job.

These folks are not bargain brand "bath re-fitters", so expect to pay a bit more. But their prices are very fair considering the high quality of product, workmanship, & the quality of people in your home. We always felt comfortable with whoever was here. Last -communication throughout a big project is extremely important to us. Kent & Bruce kept us continually updated. Thanks to the whole team.

Premier Kitchen & Bath recently completed a remodeling of our master and guest bathrooms and tiling and painting of our master bedroom. The bathroom project involved an almost complete gutting of both rooms and rebuilding with significant design changes. Our experience with Premier was excellent from the beginning of the design process to the finishing touches on the work. Bruce, our designer, Kent, who managed the project, Austin, who did most of the building and tile work, Cesar, Jesse, and all the others were prompt, polite, did great work and cleaned up at the end of the day.

We were quite comfortable with their presence in our house all day. Unexpected issues that arose were dealt with quickly and professionally. After a couple of experiences with contractors who did disappointing work, cut corners, or sub-contracted many parts of the project, we were happy to have only Premier employees on site. We highly recommend Premier Kitchen & Bath for remodeling projects.

I had my bathroom gutted and redone 6 years ago. since then the cabinet door started to pit a few large chips of paint came off on the lower cabinet door, and this morning the shower hookup just fell off the. wall apparently the plastic under the cover being used as a bracket was never siliconed sealed and the screws rusted which caused the plastic bracket to dry rot and crack until it fell off the wall. waiting for the owner to return in Monday to see what they'll do. we spent over 18 K and six years later regretting hiring them.

For a renovation as major as a kitchen, I HIGHLY recommend Premier Kitchen and Bath! The designer (Bruce) worked with us throughout the process until we were absolutely satisfied with the result. What we appreciated most was that he didn't just take our ideas and put them on paper. He expanded on them and offered his expertise on counter top selection as well as cabinetry.

Most importantly, every single laborer involved in our demolition, painting, building, installing, etc, were consummate professionals. They were on time, cleaned up before they left, were extremely helpful and very enjoyable to deal with. A kitchen (or bath) renovation is truly a daunting process but we couldn't have been in better hands!

Okay so i was walking by the display at the home show in Monroeville PA and the lady who is working (she's a red head) had a bottle of wine underneath her table. she has a wine glass half full on the table. i see her reach under the table and she grabs the bottle of wine and fills up her cup while there's customers around her. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL?
