David and his team were a huge help to our real estate team with getting a listing prepared for the market. We called around to multiple vendors because we had a tricky window cleaning request that most vendors were unable to help us with. He was responsive with his communication and gave us a great quote for the sellers to approve. David and his team are awesome! Professional, Punctual & Precise. Knows what they are doing. From the initial phone call to the end result, Precision Cleaning Hawaii made everything so easy. The roof tiles are so clean! Decades of grime and mold all gone! The gutters were also cleaned out and the surrounding area cleaned of all debris. No mess left behind. These guys were amazing! They were very responsive, showed up to my house on time, very professional, I knew exactly what to expect and how much everything was going to cost beforehand. I was thinking of painting my house, but I decided to give pressure washing a chance, and I'm so glad that I did because my house no longer needs to be painted, it looks nice and clean.
They even pressure washed all of my concrete and the sidewalk out front of my house, which I was not expecting. They also did a great job on my windows, there was so much film from all the dust in Kapolei that I couldn't even see my beautiful view. But now my windows look brand new. I was most concerned about having damage done to my house, because I see neighbors who has spots on their paint from pressure washing, but nothing happened. Good as new!

The Precision Cleaning crew is top notch. Absolute quality work. The owner, David was very responsive when communicating, flexible with my cleaning requests and quoted me at a wonderful price. The team that arrived to perform my driveway/home Pressure Wash and Exterior Window Clean carried themselves with the upmost professionalism. These guys got every spec of dirt and water stains off of my windows.
They also removed all of the mold from my driveway, transforming it at least 5 shades brighter. Once the crew was finished, they informed me of their results, cleaned and rinsed off remaining debris and did so in a timely manor. I will most definitely be recommending Precision Cleaning Hawaii to friends and family.

We use Precision Cleaning to clean our building windows and gutters every month. We have a large monkey pod tree that sheds a lot of leaves that inadvertently gets into the gutters and David's team does an excellent job of cleaning and removing the debris. When I needed to power wash the exterior of our building, which incidentally is surrounded by a koi pond and rock waterfall on one side of the building, David reassured me that he would gently hand scrub with low pressure wash, making sure to use environmentally friendly products to protect the koi fishes - we have been using Precision Cleaning to do this year after year for the last 5 years and I am glad to report that our koi's were fine! The Precision Cleaning team is trustworthy, responsible and totally dependable.

After getting bids and interviewing a number of PV solar cleaning companies, I chose Precision Cleaning Hawaii. David was very responsive during the interview process and his price was fair. Sam and Jay arrived on time and did a great job. My roof is so high up I can't see the panels from the ground, so the guys took before and after pictures for me.
The PV panels now look clean as a whistle and first day solar production was up 66% over the prior day with similar weather. My panels likely get dirtier than most as the house is on the wetter windward side of Oahu so not every system will see that kind of improvement, but if you need your PV cleaned, I would recommend PCH. Great job!

I needed to have gutters and downspouts cleaned and I found Precision Cleaning online. That was my lucky day. I called them and they promptly came to take a look as well as offer me other cleaning services. I decided to also have some power washing done. They were on it from the start and made sure to communicate with me throughout. I can't say enough for the good work they did, their efficiency, and their dependability. You don't find that kind of work ethic just anywhere around here.

Last summer in 2018 we hired precision cleaning to clear our building's windows, pressure wash our exterior walls and pressure wash our sidewalks and driveway for a big renovation project.
