Torsion spring broke on my garage door. Chad was out within an hour or two after I contacted them this Saturday to replace the broken springs. He was great to work with and did a fantastic job. It's really a pleasant surprise when a company does a great job and has great employees. Thanks Chad!

Love em! They always arrive when they're suppose to, always polite to me when greeting me at the door, and they do such a good job on garage door replacements. I wouldn't use another company for my garage troubles, they're my go to techs!

Note to self, always check your garage door track! Being the dummy I am I had this company come take a look at why my garage door was getting stuck in different places. Well, turns out I left a ripped piece of rag in the door track that was pinched between the rollers. Embarassing to say the least, but we had a good laugh about it. They even offered to lube up the track for me after checking for other complication which was cool of them.

My experience with Pat at Precision garage should be deemed synonymous with "greatly skilled and honestly run, quality operation". I labored and googled as hard as I could but despite my best effort I couldn't get my home door open again. I called and reached Pat and he was able to stop at the house to look things over in 15 minutes from the call.

Amazing first impression. And more. A few minutes into looking at the lifter, he had identified the problem and started on the fix. It was the springs that needed to be replaced. This is a situation where a less attentive or less honest person could have taken this as an opportunity to "sell" a new garage door. I took Pat's approach as being absolutely dedicated to honest business practices combined with quality service. This is an unconditionally excellent company and approach.

The repair guy arrived right on time. Very friendly, professional, and didn't approach me with any BS whatsoever. The job was finished quickly and most importantly the work was high quality and I got a good price for a new opener.

Couldn't have been a simpler garage door repair thanks to Precision Garage. I thought I was going to have to pay hundreds of dollars to replace my garage door, but it turned out to be a busted sprint and slightly bent rollers causing the issue.

I only had to replace my broken torsion spring which apparently is a regular maintenance thing and he did it in less that 20 minutes. That includes setting up his tools and equipment to cleaning up and handing me the bill, these guys are like NASCAR mechanics.

My garage is a 1 car garage and had one spring, i guess it might take a little longer if you have a bigger set up with more springs. All in all he was very thorough with his work and making sure the door worked before he left. I would definitely recommend his work.

I've had my garage door since I've owned my home. I don't know when the previous owner installed it but it's at least 5 years old. Recently its been having trouble going up all the way, it would get stuck then want to go back down.

The estimate I got from them was a great deal, the service charge alone was quite a bit cheaper than some other companies I called. They arrived promptly the day after I made the appointment, very professional right off the bat. I could tell he had been doing garage repairs for a long time.

The garage motor ended up not even needing to be replaced, just a few parts, and this alone probably save me a good chunk of money. Very quick service, fair prices, and excellent communication, that's really I'll I can ask for when using a new company.
