My husband worked for the owner Steve for 6 years. He abruptly stopped paying his workers within the last month. No warning whatsoever. We have tried relentlessly to get a hold of him in several different ways & hes avoiding all calls & texts. As I was researching the company on facebook , I seen numerous bad reviews. He apparently has money owed to past customers from several court hearings which you can publicly research yourself. Just a warning to research before giving this man money!

Whatever you do...please avoid Precise Construction & Landscaping LLC at all costs!! They charged me $9,000 for a new roof, new gutters and porch beams in 2019. Everything they did started to fall apart less than 2 weeks after completion. I immediately called and ask them to come back and nothing. I’ve been asking since 2019 to please come fix the work and I’ve been ignored or excuses have been made.
I had a certified contractor here yesterday who stated NONE of the work that I was charged $9,000 for was completed!! PLEASE SHARE THIS POST SO NO ONE ELSE CAN BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE LIKE I HAVE BEEN! I trusted the contractor due to going to HS with him. He assured me he would do excellent work and HE LIED!!! My house until I can get this fixed continues to be damaged by his dishonesty and lack of attention.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but I have to on this one. Had my retaining wall replaced a few years back and the stairwell portion (a solid 6-7' high) started leaning within a year. I called the owner and also sent an e-mail but never got a response from either. It continued to lean until it became a safety hazard so I had to have it replaced again, this time with a drain and on a step back, as it should have been done the first time. Upset with the quality (including the other portions of the wall, which other wall builders told me was done incorrectly) and lack of response to my concern.

Steve (owner of Precise Construction) and his crew did an amazing job on our master bath remodel. From the start, Steve communicated with us and our insurance company, and answered all of our questions. When we had scheduled meetings at our house, Steve always showed up on time or early. When he started work, I was so appreciative of how clean and orderly he kept the work area.
Every day, he and his crew cleaned up and left our room/house as tidy as possible. More importantly, he did excellent work. We could tell from the start that he takes pride in what he does, and that shows in his work and how he leads his crew. Our master bath looks beautiful (see pictures Steve posted - blue tile mess to barn door bath)!! Steve faced a tough task fixing unforeseen issues that arose during the work, and he handled them smoothly.
His crew also did all the work themselves (no subcontracting), which included electrical, plumbing, drywall, tiling, painting, etc. Steve can do it all and the finished product is perfect! We will definitely use Precise Construction for our next project!!

Steve was great to work with! He completely renovated my home- kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, all new hardwood floors throughout the first floor and all new tile in the basement/game room. He removed a wall between my kitchen and dining room and also sanded and stained the original hardwood floors in my entry.

Steve is excellent to work with. He and his team do excellent work. They pay attention to details, are considerate, and are pleasant to everyone including neighbors! Steve is also a great problem solver. We had this fence looked at by two professional fence companies and they said they could not accommodate our needs. Well, Steve did, and he did a great job!
