I called and they were able to inspect my roof within a week. The gentleman I spoke with was very kind and knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions before I even asked them. They provided an estimate on site and were the most affordable among many in the area. They were able to schedule the repair within a month and the day they came the crew was early and respectful.

They began right away and finished by 6 that evening. They had everything cleaned up and picked up by 10 the next morning. They did a fantastic job and we are very happy with the results. I am recommending them to everyone who asks!

I had roof replaced by Powell Roofing loved the shingles got the silver birch, they are light so reflects the sun. Also my house would have in side temperature of 77 to 79 degrees now running hottest at 75, and we are in a middle of a heat wave running high 90 with heat index of over 100. When I first bought my house in 2017, I noticed a leak in the ceiling of one of my bathrooms. I called Powell Roofing and they came out and repaired my Ridge Vent. I didn't have any more issues. Then in 2021, I suspected a dormer leak and decided it was time to replace my whole roof. I called Powell Roofing again and they replaced the whole roof in October of 2021.

During one of our Summerville downpours, I noticed water running down my porch window under the opposite dormer. I took pictures and emailed them. This was on Sunday. I got a call on Monday letting me know that Bradlee was coming out to inspect my leak. He suspected that it was a flashing issue with the other dormer. He reflashed and reshingled the whole dormer.

We have had 2 hard rains since the repair and I am happy to report that I haven't seen any more water streaming down my porch window. Bradlee just now called to follow-up and make sure there was no more leaks. I appreciated the call and the quick response to the problem. All companies need to realize how important it is to take care of their previous customers should a problem occur. Powell Roofing has done just that!

I can recommend this company to anyone who needs repair of an existing roof or a new roof. And consider yourself lucky if Bradlee is the one to repair it. Thank you again, Bradlee.

To: James Powell, Richard Mckenzie, Bradlee Warner March 4, 2022 March 1, 2022 (Day One) It is with immense pleasure that we commend the Powell Roofing organization on the exceptional work they performed on the installation of our new roof. On 3/1/2022 your crew arrived at our house (on time) at 7:30 AM and began protecting all our shrubs and windows on the first floor from the falling old roofing materials.

The Powell Roofing crew stripped our old roof in approximately 3 hours and prepared the entire exposed roof for the new roofing shingles. They immediately started pneumatically nailing the new shingles down and stopped at around 6:30 PM on their first day on the job site. On 3/2/2022 (Day Two) the Powell Roofing crew arrived at 7:15 AM and immediately started to complete the installation of the balance of the new shingles on the roof.

The crew finished the job by cleaning up all the old roofing debris and nails which laid around the perimeter of our house. On a personal note, let us end by saying that the "Powell Roofing" organization is a very professional group of individuals. Their workmanship and craftsmanship are outstanding by far. I recently had my entire roof replaced with Powell Roofing. This was done even tho my DR Horton house is not even 4 years old. DR Horton could care less about the homes on my street with the same roofing issues. DR Horton is well aware of the roofing issues on Woolum Drive in Monck's Corner. Horrible work DR Horton did, I would never recommend any one buying a home from them.

We had them replace our old 3 tab roof to a nice architectural shingle and replaced our awful (off) white siding that was brittle and stained to a beautiful blue and white trim. What a great crew they have. Great all around! Don't let the picture of what it looked like before fool you, it wasn't good. The green yard in the spring made it appear nicer, I wish it was spring and the yard was nicer to give a better comparison.

The house looks brand new and we couldn't be happier. Their roofers and siding guys are top notch! Pay attention to the quote though and make sure they explain the costs, we received a quote for 48sq of siding and only 44 was delivered, ended up only needing 41. The sales guy insists the number in the quote is only a placeholder put in by the office even after they came out and measured.

Why do you need a placeholder if you did measurements? There was no discount for the 4 square of siding that never showed up and we have a little over 3 square. I understand it was a special order and they can't return that though. We are upset because in our eyes the quote and the material delivered don't match and we feel it is a little deceptive. Still going to rate pretty high because we are happy with the work.

Very clean work. Took photos before work was done as well as after work was completed. They replaced 3 cement siding and made it look flawless. Would use them again. If you need work done immediately especially if you have a home inspection repair. They will do their best to get schedule in time. Because of this company my closing date will be on time. Powell Construction did a great job replacing our roof today! My mom B. Olszanski & I, C. Wright were very pleased with the efficient work Bradley & his team did. Everything was organized, friendly, & our property was respected. Bushes & ground were covered for easy cleanup. The best part (besides doing a good job) was they emailed the permit so it could be easily printed & posted. All of questions & concerns were answered promptly & one even by the owner Jamie!

I had a leaky roof near my skylight. They came out and gave a reasonable estimate, free. I had them fix the problem. Very professional and good work. I would recommend.

From the very first time I reached out to Powell Roofing for an estimate to the completed job, they have all been very professional and they openly communicated with me each step of the way and answered all of my questions. They take great care in providing the best of services. Powell Roofing even worked around the crazy rain that happened while the work was being done on the house. I am extremely happy with everything they did for each step of the process and the finished product of their work.

My home and roof are pretty large. The crew started and finished the job of demo and replacement in less than 2 days. Larry the owner was there checking on the crew and making sure everything went smoothly. My roof is the best looking roof now in the neighborhood. The bid price was also 2k under the nearest bid. James gave me an estimate for a new roof just by email. He did a aerial survey and had the estimate in 12 hours. His price was the best of three contractors that I had called. He used the best quality materials with a 50 year warranty too. The very friendly crew showed up on time and completed the job on my 1500 sqft house in one day. The two person crew was professional and courteous. They did an exceptional job. They also were aware not damage surrounding areas where the replacements were being done. I also observed them not rushing the job or forcing things to fit. If they have to make certain areas fit together they measure and cut. When the job was done; my siding looked like new.

Powell Roofing did an outstanding job! James is also the MOST RESPONSIVE contractor I have ever worked with! I would call and leave a message and always got a call back quickly!
