We searched around for literally weeks to find the best quote to replace our salt chlorinator, they had the best quote by far, they also changed the sand in the filter. I really liked the service tech as well. I highly recommend them.

Mr. Keller's review is an accurate description of dealing with this company. No amount of discussion or even pleading can get maintenance issues resolved. They NEVER answer the phone. Its impossible to speak to the Owner or Manager, Mr. Richards. There is no initiative shown ever to actually attempt to engage in preventative maintenance. The pricing is in fact on the high side which would not be bad IF the service matched those prices. I would urge staying away from this company.

This company used to service our pool on a weekly basis. Management was unresponsive and unreliable. Maintenance issues were never resolved and owner refused to return calls. Stay away!
