I called yesterday afternoon and Pinnacle was able to schedule someone out this morning. Chris arrived, immediately diagnosed the problems and fixed a bunch of light switch and fan issues. He was friendly and very knowledgeable, explaining the process as he went along. Chris at Pinnacle is a true professional electrician, with years of experience.

My power stopped working in just one of the bedrooms of my home. I called on Sunday to make an appointment for today (Monday) at 3pm. Danny showed up promptly and found the problem within 20 minutes and had it fixed right then and there. Amazing customer service. He explained everything he was doing, and explained the problem. I would definitely recommend Pinnacle Electric.

My daughter was home alone for a few minutes before I arrived home, I respect the fact that they did not enter my home based on their policy and that shows a lot for their company. The only reason I gave them 4/5 stars is because of the price. but I truly got what I paid for and for that I'm grateful. Thank you guys.
