Put a good looking roof on my house. Used most modern rain/leak abatement materials. Crew at my house worked hard. That was first roof they did. Recently did another roof on a different house with similar results. Crew was hard working. Stripped off old shingles and prepped for new in one day. Put on premium underlayment then when shingles arrived they got them on in one day. Did damage a drain pipe, but that was replaced. Re-did the drip edge to my satisfaction and looks great. Could have kept job site a little cleaner, but that was only a small matter. Would recommend Perry to other homeowners.

I recently had my home re-roofed by the Perry residential team. The things I was most impressed by was how knowledgeable the whole roofing crew was. I had a couple of abnormal conditions on my roof, and they were able to come up with solutions to keep me dry. They explained everything that was done, and the finished roof looks great! The biggest thing that impressed me was how thorough the clean-up was.
A thorough follow-up search resulted in only a couple of nails left on the ground up against the house and inside of bushes. This was important to me as a dad with small kids.

We detected a few small leaks on ceilings, realized how old the current roof was and decided it was time to replace. We got three estimates and Perry fell in the middle. But the information they supplied on the estimate was complete and helpful. It took three months from signing the contract until the actual repair but there was no hurry, getting materials took time and they keep busy.
When they were able to replace the roof the work was done quickly and professionally. They had to replace most of the roof lumber on one corner and did an excellent job. Bryan G. came by to inspect the finished work, found a few feet of fascia that needed replacing and had that done promptly. All in all we are very pleased with the new roof.

From the estimate to the installation, they were courteous, professional, and helpful. My neighbors all commented on how efficient and tidy the roofers were. We had a wonderful experience. Chris Livingston explained the estimate and materials succinctly. Bryan, our project manager was very personable and great at explaining the job. Lucio ran our roofing team. Their efficiency was incredible. Every night they cleaned around the entire house. Eric took away project waste and All were nice to work with.

Simply, the best! Perry Roofing did an excellent job for us, at a fair price. The crew was courteous, professional, and on time. Cleanup after the job was also great, they left no nails on the ground and removed every bit of scrap and trash. If we ever need a new roof, we're going with Perry, and so should you!

We had our tar and gravel flat roof replaced with a tapered roof system. Perry Roofing did a great job. Professional from the office to the job site. All work was done according to the schedule, all our concerns were listened to and corrected where needed, and all work was done to our satisfaction. I have no hesitation in recommending Perry Roofing. They were not the cheapest but the confidence we have in their professionalism and workmanship were worth the price.
