Peace Frog

I have a sofa I bought about 4 years ago. It's still in very good shape, except that the back cushions, which are sewn on, had gotten dingy from use. I looked around at reviews on Yelp and liked what I read about Peace Frog. I scheduled an appointment with them and they gave me a price up front. The technician, Jeff, was friendly and professional.

I must say, I wasn't expecting the service to work perfectly. The discoloration on the sofa looked permanent. But what a difference after treatment! It looks nearly back to new! I also expected some amount of "up selling" to other services - didn't happen and I never felt pressured. The price was exactly as quoted. Very happy with the service and I'll use them again. Thanks, Peace Frog! (Goofy name.)

Peace Frog was recommended by a neighbor who had used them in the past. I had already contacted other local businesses who had made it difficult to do business with them. For instance, one business wanted me to give them exact measurements of flooring instead of an estimate with them taking measurements. The back and forth with that business owner was wearing and I got fed up and dropped!

It was refreshing to get a quick response when I contacted Peace Frog. They stayed on top of contacting me and walking me through the process. They acted in a very professional and friendly manner. They asked for an estimate of the tile and wood to be cleaned, provided an estimated quote with the understanding that it could change when the techs took actual measurements on the day of service.

We had actually overestimated the amount of wood so the cost was lower than expected. I chose to get the grout sealed with the savings. The two techs were personable and took care of upholstery, tile, and wood. They made the experience painless and pleasant. The end product was wonderful! I've already recommended them to neighbors and friends and will continue to do so. We will definitely call them when we need a refresh in the future! Thank you Peace Frog!

Wowza! Peace Frog is amazing. I found them via Google search and so glad that I did! My sales rep (Guy) was very detailed and explained the services offered. We were able to schedule my appointment that fit with our schedule (we have pets so they needed to be a the groomers to be out of the way). Carlos was our technician and was on time. We live in a condo so it takes a bit more logistics to get the water connected and hoses ran into our upstairs unit. Carlos was very respectful, polite and so professional.

He was worked alone but was so efficient. We have a colored sofa and he tested to see if there could be a possible issue with cleaning. We opted out of having the couch cleaned and were thankful for the option to do so. The spot cleaning for the pet stains looks like they have been resolved so we are hoping they don't return. The grout cleaning looks so good, I wish I had taken before and after photos. The entire process with Peace Frog has been excellent and I look forward to recommending them in the future.

I was beyond thrilled with the service I received from Peace Frog. I've used them twice, and both times, the guys cleaning my carpets were friendly, prompt, and professional. I spoke with Guy who handled setting up a last minute appointment, and he was very helpful. All around, great service. I will definitely be using them again.

Peace Frog was great to deal with, and they did great work! I had them clean spilled paint of my clients garage floor. They did an excellent job and were a pleasure to interact with every step of the way.

I've used Peace Frog a few times for rug cleaning and had great results. Decided to give them a try on upholstery cleaning. Lori was our technician and was very prompt and communicative. She was knowledgeable about fabrics and explained how she was going to clean, the possible challenges and what end result to to expect. She worked hard being very thorough. The end result was great. Best of all, she was very pleasant and great to work with. Would highly recommend!

I am thrilled with this company in every way! Answered the phone when I called & were exceptionally helpful. Sent me a detailed reminder the night before. Texted me when they were 30 minutes out and arrived in the service window provided! Jason and his partner were amazing. I had them run a test after my area rugs were done to see if they could clean the tile grout.

The test looked good, but the finished work was unbelievable. It looks like new floors. I highly recommend this local business. They even left a branded Peace Frog coffee mug for me upon departure. :

Peace Frog was great. I got 3 quotes and Peace Frog offered the most value for the price. They completely cleaned a carpet we had tried cleaning up after our dog with a rented steamvac from Home Depot. We couldn't fix everything, but Peace Frog made it look spotless! These folks did an amazing job on our patio furniture cushions and our suede dining room chairs. Very professional in every aspect of the job. They spot cleaned two spots on some bedroom carpet courtesy of our dog Izzy and the spots are gone. I can't say enough about how pleasant and efficient the guys were at their tasks. I would highly recommend them for any specialty cleaning needs you might have.

The person that came to our house today was so nice and courteous. He took his time and did a fabulous job. I will definitely recommend them. Great company, he was right on time. The price was very reasonable.

This is the second time we've used Peace Frog and once again I'm thrilled with the results! We previously used them to clean and seal our tile and they did an excellent job! Today, we had our carpet cleaned and it looks brand new! There were some stains that I really didn't think would come out, and now I can't even see where they were. Everything. from their communication, to their customer service, to the politeness and efficiency of their workers is absolutely top notch! There's no one else I will call for my carpet cleaning or tile/grout cleaning.

Peace Frog does a great job! They let you know when the service person is headed your way. The service is professional and they take extra steps to take care of your property - booties for their shoes, bumpers and pads for you doors. Will definitely use them again!

Had my tile and grout cleaned today by Peace Frog. The technician did an excellent job and it looks great. In addition to doing a good job, he was friendly, professional and answered all my questions. He made sure I was satisfied with the results and told me he would be happy to go over any areas where I was not pleased with. I will definitely use Peace Frog again

I contacted Peace Frog for a dryer vent cleaning I specifically stated that it was on the roof of a 2 story home. They sent out a technician with a ladder that wasn't tall enough. I mean come on really? Completely unprofessional. They didn't even offer to come back. Like go buy a longer ladder and come back. I was just so confused about the. issue.

Why would you send someone out without the proper equipment to handle the job at hand. I wouldn't recommend this company for any services if this is how they handle something as simple as a dryer vent cleaning. I'll never contact these people again. Highly disappointed.

I like the positive attitude and friendliness of staff, the edge protecting cones so they protect your furnishings and railings from their hoses. PLUS- I just like the name and that peaceful philosophy.

We had John G. tackle some nasty grout and tile cleaning yesterday. Our tiles are not smooth-edged, and he took extra care in trying to get the grime out. The floors look beautiful now, and the grout is sealed and ready for whatever else the kids do to it.

I really enjoyed my experience with Peach Frog when they came to clean my carpet! John R and Morgan were a great team, arrived right on time and did a beautiful job of removing all the stains and making all the carpet in the house look fresh and new again.

Absolutely the best carpet cleaning company out there. I have had them clean my carpets twice and each time they are on time, very thorough, and courteous. They have done such a good job that I signed up for one of their yearly maintenance plans which I thought was a really good deal.

We still have original tile in our kitchen from 1987, needless to say, it was old and very grimy. We had tried everything ourselves, including hand scrubbing with baking soda and other homemade concoctions with underwhelming results.
