I had another contractor come out and totally drop th ball. left my home wet for over ten days. as soon as I contacted pcc restoration they were on the phone with my insurance and immediately out to my home with fans and dehumidifiers. We recently experienced a flood in our home. A compression fitting in our upstairs bathroom let loose while we were at church. We came home to about two-thirds of our 3100 sq foot home soaked. Our insurance company recommended a national "water restoration" company. They came several hours later, looked around, and left, saying someone else would come the next day.

The next afternoon someone else came from that company and placed one fan and one dehumidifier. My brother-in-law was very concerned, as we were, that this was not enough and recommended a company he had used at his work, PCC. We called and they came immediately with two trucks, a full crew, and brought more than 30 fans and dehumidifiers, and began the dry out process. Brandon and his team could not have been more professional and caring. Brandon checked in with us more often than our adjuster.

He let us know when they would be there each day, kept us informed of what they were doing and why, what the next steps would be, and made sure to be here when a contractor came so he could discuss what they found with him as well. Brandon and PCC really helped to take a load off our shoulders. I hope this never happens to us again, but I will not hesitate to call them in the future if need be. If there were more than 5 stars to give, I would!

We were VERY impressed by the quick responsiveness of PCC and their crew of Scott, Brandon and Mitch! After getting our new house, we called to have the water turned on. The water company said it most likely wouldn't happen that day so we left our home only to get a phone call from a friend saying our house was pouring water from the garage. When we got home the previous owners had left the water valves on in the laundry room and the water company had actually been able to turn on our water (while we weren't there and we were not notified) the water flooded our home for an hour and a half. PCC came immediately after our emergency phone call late at night and they stayed past midnight working to save our wood floors. Very professional, quick to respond and they really care! I recently had a flood in my house, total loss to my floors and walls. PCC was amazing, I called them and the next day I had a gentleman by the name of Brandon give me an estimate. This was not the first estimate I had gotten, but by far was the best price. PCC had me back at home it seemed like no time at all. All the people who were involved were so friendly and had so much knowledge I was very impressed. I wish I could give them a 100 stars for the job done. A huge thank you to PCC and the team.

PCC recently completed work on my home due to water damage. Roger, the owner, has a heart for helping people and worked with my insurance company to get the best possible resolution. Scott, the project manager, was readily available and responsive to all my questions and concerns. Brandon, the mitigation manager, as well as Travis and Mitch, were courteous, helpful, and quickly worked to complete repairs.

Even the office employees and ladies that cleaned my home were helpful and kind. All the vendors that work with PCC were very respectful of me and my time. They did good work and I am very pleased. I hope I don't need PCC again, but if I do, I would not hesitate to call!
