Patrick's Painting

Patrick's Painting painted the wood exterior of my house including shutters, doors, eaves, and the screen porch. They also replaced a lot of wood and rescreened the porch. Patrick provided a timely estimate and answered all my questions. The team was very polite and easy to work with. They arrived on time and kept me well informed. I would use them again.

We reached out to Patricks painting for a complete exterior painting job as well as carpentry work needed on our screened in porch. Patrick provided us with a quote and a video walking us through the project. The price was fair given the scope of work we needed and the attention to detail from Patrick was impressive. Ericka the project manager was also a pleasure to deal with and was very responsive to any questions we had before and after the project was completed.

On site the job was managed by Manuel and Jose and it was a pleasure having them around. They were very friendly, professional, organized, detail oriented, and easy to approach if we had any questions or issues. The entire crew worked efficiently, had great attention to detail, and kept the work site very clean. No spills or splattered paint, it was impressive.

In addition the carpentry work done was top notch. We were very pleased with the end result and will definitely be referring Patrick to our neighbors and using him for future interior jobs.

Patrick's did an amazing job staining and painting my gazebo! My cedar gazebo was just reaching the 13-14 month point where the wood needed treated quickly. I had the hardest time finding a contractor to perform the job. But so glad that I finally found Patrick's! From the 1st time I spoke with Patrick I knew I was in good hands! Then when Nick & Gersen showed up things just got better.

They took great care to listen to my concerns and let me explain to them what areas I wanted stained and what areas were to be painted white. A day and a half later I had my dream gazebo beautifully stained & painted and most importantly protected! All the floors etc."" were perfectly covered and protected. When it was obvious that I need a 2nd coat of the stain Erika became my next best friend.

She wrote the change order and let me call her about 5 times with me promising that each call would be the last. She was just super friendly and helpful! Patrick's Painting is my "go-to" company for any job at my house. Although they specialize in painting, they have done everything from bathroom remodels, to hanging doors, to painting and drywall repair. They have done an excellent job every time. I appreciate how involved Patrick is. He has always taken the time to explain the process of each project to me, answer my questions, and check in about the project.

I have also had a great experience with the individuals that head up each of the projects. Most recently, I worked with Roger and he was very communicative and worked hard to make sure the project was done on the proposed timeline.

I contacted the company and Patrick came out to conduct the estimate. He was on time, professional, and very friendly. We spent some time talking about the painting work I wanted and was very helpful. His estimate was delivered exactly when he said it would be. The price was very reasonable for the scope of the project and we signed a contract. His two painters, Nick and Gerson, arrived right on time.

They were so polite and professional. And they were so CLEAN with everything they did. The final job exceeded my expectations! It's just the highest quality work. I had an appointment that required me to leave before the were finished and provided them instructions on how to let themselves out and lock up. When I returned home everything was perfect. No mess. No drips. Excellent work! I have another project for the Spring and look forward to working with Patrick's again.

We had an excellent experience with Patrick's. First, communication was great with both Genesis and with Erika, our project manager. We had two painters, Kevin and Mardo, who were very professional, punctual, and efficient. They completed a difficult job which involved stripping wallpaper and skim coating in just two days. They were also extremely respectful of our home, using appropriate coverings everywhere they went. I would absolutely use them again. I was skeptical after seeing so many glowing reviews, but I can assure you that they lived up to their reputation.

We hired Patrick's to paint the entire interior of our home and are extremely pleased with the results. Patrick's communication before, during and after the process was excellent and he was very patient answering all my many (many, many) questions. They did a really good job. They painted our living room and kitchen and removed these hideous greek columns that were halfway sunk into the walls. Why that was a style in the 90s we will never know. They were ugly and the paint in the house was old and grimy. The crew was professional and work done was top quality. Will likely reach out to them again for additional interior work. We are beyond happy with the transformation.

Over the past few months, Patrick's crews have refinished all of our floors, painted our entire interior, power washed our deck and siding, and repaired and painted the non-brick exterior of our house. Their work has been exemplary, as is their customer service. Jose has become an honorary member of our household, as we have added/changed/corrected tasks along the way.

Bill and Doug, the floor refinishers who work with Patrick's, were experienced pros; they replaced some damaged flooring that couldn't be sufficiently sanded so carefully that we couldn't tell the location of the new boards. We had a LOT of work done, which necessitated our moving out of the house for several weeks. Happily, everyone, including Patrick, was a pleasure to work with, and what could have been a totally anxiety-producing event went as smoothly as it possibly could. Needless to say, we highly recommend Patrick's Painting & Home Improvement!
