Corey and the team from Paradigm Glass are great. I originally contacted Paradigm to replace two windows. These windows failed under warranty and while the manufacturer sent replacements, it was on me to find contractors. After calling dozens of companies without luck, I found Paradigm. After learning of their other services, I also had my master bathroom shower upgraded to a frameless glass enclosure, and glass cut to protect a wood table top. Responsive, knowledgeable and professional--I highly recommend Paradigm Glass.

Corey at Paradigm Glass has absolutely gone way above and beyond my expectations. When the seal on a double paned piece of fixed glass failed, Corey said that of course he'd take care of a replacement. Trouble was that the manufacturer, for obscure reasons, would not honor the warranty. So Corey paid for the replacement and installation out of his own pocket to ensure that I was fairly treated. Needless to say, if it ever has ANYTHING to do with glass, I'll never consider anyone else.

Kory and his crew were awesome. Incredibly responsive - actually got back to me the same day in a matter of hours and we handled everything via text and email. I had budgeted a certain amount and was pleasantly surprised at their quote after completing the on-site measurement. They had everything ordered and installed within 2 weeks and we got our master bathroom shower back in time for the holidays! I highly recommend Kory and Paradigm Glass

Kory installed shower a shower enclosure with a rain pattern several years ago and I'm just now realizing that I never posted a review. I must say he and the young man helping him (sorry, can't remember his name) did such a great job. They were very professional and polite. The shower enclosure still looks brand new. We needed some 1980s mirrors taken off of an extra room off of our master bedroom which we are making into a master closet. I called for about a few estimates everyone gave me a roundabout number except for Cory. He told me exactly what it would cost. His guys showed up on time and we're very professional. Most of the glass companies told me when they take the mirrors off the wall it might rip drywall and put holes in our walls.

To be honest I was a little bit freaked out about having it done. But Paradigm Glass took off all five mirrors without any damage at all to our walls! Thank you Paradigm Glass!

This company is very reliable, honest and fast. I used them several months ago. I've been meaning to write a review ever since and just hadn't gotten around to it until now. I had my shower re-tiled by another company and they put the frameless glass shower door back on crooked, so I was having leakage and slippage problems. I wanted a professional glass guy to fix it, since it really wasn't the tile guy's area of expertise (obviously).

My fellow Yelpers hooked me up with Kory at Paradigm. He was very responsive and got it fixed for a reasonable price. I have not had any more problems since. I would definitely recommend this company for your shower glass door installation needs.

We had a glass shower enclosure installed. It turned out just beautiful. This is an upscale rental property that must be well maintained. Kory, the owner, gave us a very competitive bid, the installation was fast and professional. I was also able to get a couple of cracked windows replaced, and they did a good job on that too.

Very professional and quick. They came out the same day I called at the time they said they would. Two guys came out to replace a pane broken by a burglar. What would have taken me half a day took them about 10 minutes, including clean-up.

Found Paradigm on Yelp when I needed to install a pre-made glass shower door. Kory and his team did an excellent job of getting it installed. When it was first installed water leaked out of the bottom a little bit, do to my other builder not making the step level/square. Kory and his team worked with me on getting it taken care of. I have to say if you are trying to save money by buying a pre-made door, don't do it. Have Kory and his team build you a custom door. I now know it cost the same and custom looks much better.

I called for a shower glass for my master and they guy was here in under an hour to measure and take the order. It's on backorder due to the holidays, but expect to get it installed right after the first of the year. Great guys, fast response.

I found Paradigm Glass on Yelp. They had good reviews and some good pictures. I called and spoke with Kory. I had already had another company come out and measure but Kory stated he would want to come measure to insure accuracy. We texted a few times and Kory was informative and fast to reply. I had a fair estimate very quickly. I appreciated his communication and speed.

I decided Paradigm Glass was the one. I met him at the house. You can tell that he is a trustworthy business man from the moment you meet him. While measuring he brought up the height of the previous measurement. I am glad he did. Had he not mentioned it, the enclosure would not been the way I wanted it. He also spoke to me about glass options and let me know that the frameless enclosure would also help make the shower feel larger and not as cramped even though I had to switch to a smaller base during the remodel.

We chatted for a bit and he let me know what to expect as far as lead time. The lead time quoted was to the tee. They came out and installed the door in a timely manner. I was not able to be onsite during the installation, but I knew I could trust him at my home with no one else there. That is a big deal to me. He worked with my schedule and notified me when they were almost done so I could meet them to inspect the work.

The install is perfect. It looks fantastic. They did a great job and exceeded my expectations. I will post pictures as soon as I finish the remodel. I highly recommend. Especially if you want one less thing to think about during your project. Lastly, Paradigm Glass has very competitive pricing and was far less expensive than most quotes I received from other companies.

Kory was extremely helpful in making suggestions for our shower that came with no door or wall! Water was getting all over the bathroom. I wanted to keep it modern and leave it open but with a nice big glass splash wall so he gave me a few options and within 2 weeks the glass was ordered and installed to my custom request. Would hire again. Kory installed frame-less shower sliding glass door in my newly renovated 3/4 bathroom. Finished product looks amazing! His pricing is very competitive. Kory is easy to get a hold of and knowledgeable about shower glass. Only negative was nearly 7 weeks went by from the time I paid until install. To be fair, I originally ordered ShowerGuard glass which it turns out after I ordered, wasn't a brand of glass readily available from any of his suppliers.

In the end, I went with glass treated with factory applied Enduroshield professional strength (permanently bonded rather than DIY home version available @ big box stores). One example of something Kory taught me was the green tint in glass comes from high iron content and that buying low iron glass is cost prohibitive. It pays to work with someone that knows their craft!
