Our job isn't finished once the project is complete. We will be available to you immediately should there be any touch up or warranty work needed.

Our five year guarantee covers all paint applied by Panda Painting for a period of five years. Most paint companies only supply you with the paint for you to apply yourself. At Panda Painting we pride ourselves on our preparation techniques, as well as our paint application. Preparation is more than just covering the floors with drop-cloths. We have to determine the condition of the walls and trim. Are the walls showing severe wear and tear? Have they been painted before?

Exteriors

When painting the exterior of your home, we must ensure that all preparation is completed beforehand. This includes inspecting the home for any wood that may need to be replaced. All wood is replaced with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) so that it never needs to be replaced again. But don't worry, the PVC looks and acts just like real wood so it blends in with what you already have.

Breach of Contract! Chris Farris with Panda Painting came out gave a great sell to paint 4 houses in 2012. All houses agreed to the upgraded Sherwin William Super Paint for siding and trim, per our contract.

Painting was sloppy, holes were not filled, closets missed, doors missed. Started painting with wrong color, then made me pay to correct their mistake. One week after exterior finished, it's already starting to peel.
