I have used Pack HVAC Services for years now. They installed a new unit for me a few years ago and did not break the bank. They have done such a great job and have been so reliable that I never thought of using any other company. I have never had to wait on a repair. Whenever any issues arise, I feel comfortable sending a message and Pack HVAC is there no later then the next day.

My unit stopped blowing cool late one evening and the owner came out that same night so I can sleep comfortably. This type of service is unheard of today. The really impressive part was when I had the new unit installed, they added an extended warranty from the manufacturer which has literally saved me thousands over the past 9 years. I would not have suggested or purchased it on my own but it has made all of the difference and I am glad they did it. If you are searching, look no further. You will not be disappointed!

I called Mr. Pack on about Thursday and he responded to me in less than an hour with an appointment. I selected to do the preventative maintenance spring and fall checks because it is a good value. Mr. Pack arrived on time and the work was very thorough and professionally performed. I received my invoice immediately and paid online. Which is quite convenient.
