I found this company on Google search and was quite impressed with their service and performance from start to finish. The CSR taking my information provided details of the cleaning process and offered me a quote for pick up and delivery. Their technicians came out and measured for me and gave me a more accurate price ( below the over the phone quote) Honest people indeed!

I received my delivered carpet- clean and like new by the wonderful and professional young men ( Laban and David). Both gentlemen took the time to explain the care of the carpet and provided me with a spot cleaner. I am a real estate broker of over 20 years and when I find top quality vendors- I love to refer, refer, refer!

My beloved area rug. I've had it a few years, and want to keep it as long as I can. It looked good to me, BUT I knew it needed a good cleaning. I got it back yesterday and the colors are super vibrant again. I wish I could post a picture. I took it to Overturf's Floor & Fabric Care here in Bradenton. I will continue to take it there until I change up my decor.

I have used Overturf's services many times at my own home and many more times at the homes of my customers as I am a Realtor. They have cleaned both carpets and tile plus grout for me and every time have done an excellent job. In fact, they have gotten carpets to look great again that I thought were beyond saving. They are professional, courteous, timely, and are the best of the best!

They ruined our Silk carpet from Turkey. I would never recommend them with any rug or carpet of value. We regret ever trusting them with our carpet. They make you sign a waiver they aren't responsible for damage. Now we know why. The owner has scheduler call to discuss damage. Ask for pictures then they argue and don't stand by. Asked to have owner come out and see and refused. Shame on this business.

From the initial phone call to the time the two young men left, I was impressed with the courtesy and expertise of all involved. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needed their service.
