After our garage door suddenly began to look and sound as if it was going to collapse every time we opened or shut the door, Overhead Door had shown up to assist us immediately. The technicians, Steve and Owen, were fantastic. They arrived exactly when we were expecting them, they were very thorough, efficient, and worked very quickly. They were both very friendly and Steve was great in explaining what the problem was and what they had to do to resolve the issue. Steve was even kind enough to help us program the built in garage opener in our Jeep at no additional cost.
We will definitely be using Overhead Door and requesting Steve and Owen as the technicians for any repairs/maintenance going forward. Thank you very much for your help and professionalism Steve & Owen!

I was very pleased with the excellent customer service shown by my technician, Steve. He notified me when he was on the way. He not only fixed my problem, but educated me on how to take preventative care of my garage doors and did that maintenance for me so I could know exactly what to do. He also gave me a realistic assessment of the remaining life of my doors and how to extend that by taking these preventative steps. I couldn't be more pleased with his service!

Replaced three of our doors and they look great. Everyone we dealt with was professional and Robert wore a mask the whole time. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Update Sep 2021. One of my doors had an issue and was damaged. Austin came out for the warranty fix and replaced the top portion but realized the middle portion was damaged also. He contacted his company and made sure we got the other part replaced as well. Thank you Austin for your honesty and integrity.

Walked in to get general quote and met with Paul who was personable, knowledgeable, and didn't try to upsell or "mansplain" things to me. Their rep came to my house to measure and Paul emailed me quote only 2 hours after I left showroom. Today, Austin came and took down my 25 year old wooden door, replaced with new one and was done in less than 3 hours.
He was like a ninja in that you couldn't even tell he'd been there based on how well he cleaned up after. Would absolutely recommend this business to anyone who needs to repair or replace their garage door(s). Thank you Overhead!

Overhead Door Company of Raleigh has done several jobs for me over the last two decades. I can't think of any reason to use another garage door company within their broad service area. At least call them for an in-your-home quote. Get to know this company before making a final decision on who gets your business. Christian Densmore and his father, Paul, are affable, knowledgeable, and readily accessible. Their staff is likewise. And their pricing is always reasonable. Flawless service from the beginning to the end of any project.

What a great experience. The sales team was beneficial and n setting up the order for this door while the installation lead kept me up-to-date on the whole process. no stress installation along with an excellent product. I highly recommend trying to find someone better, you won't. These folks are top notch all the way around.

Overhead Door was amazing to work with. They helped put a temporary fix on our broken spring so we could still use our door while we waited for our new one to arrive. And the new door is simply stunning. Paul was great in helping us narrow down our choices. It was especially helpful in that he could send us photos of our actual house with the various styles of doors we were choosing between to get a better idea of what it would truly look like after install. Top notch service and quality craftsmanship! We couldn't be more pleased!
