Overhead Door

Ordered a door in august of 2021 and it is now June of 2022. Never heard from them. I have to contact them and every time I do it's the same story. Hopefully it's on the next truck. So I can't review the door but if your expecting a door within a couple months it maybe a year or more.

Pleased with their services. Coil spring broke and door stopped working. Spoke to Ron, and less than 24 hrs later the technician had us up n running again. These guys did exactly what they promised to do, with no nonsense. I like that.

Don't plan on them standing behind their work, unless you are prepared for a very expensive service charge.

Excellent and always count on them. Take care of you right away. I will always recommend them.

I had called overhead doors because there was something wrong with my door. I had no clue what was wrong. The door technician they sent out was Amazing. He was fast pace, clean, organized and also showed/told me what all he was doing. Derick S. Is the reason why I will keep going back to them. He made sure he cleaned up his mess before leaving, he really went above and beyond. Request Derick for your service.

Really fast, very good service and price! I could not be happier with Joe! He came out was very fast at the job on fixing a spring. He even used wd40 on the working garage that he was not working on. He's very efficient and someone you would want on the job!

I called Overhead Door OKC after hours on Friday evening to see if they could fix my garage door during the weekend. They had their after hours/weekend technician, Nester, call me and he was here within the hour! He started work around 9 pm and was finished by 10. The technician was a very nice young man that was really good at his job. I was very impressed with his attitude and professionalism.

He had no problem coming out that late on a Friday night. I even gave him the option of coming out anytime on Saturday, but he said that now was as good a time as any as long as it was ok with me. Overhead Door just earned my loyalty as a customer!

I was having issues with my old garage door opener. I called Overhead door and requested it be replaced (not their opener nor under warranty). They told me they would order a unit for me. Within 24 hours they called me to say their technician would be out on Thanksgiving morning between 10 and noon. The tech showed up, removed the old unit, and installed the new one.

All was done prior to noon. The new unit is operating perfectly and it is practically silent. Thanks to all involved with this transaction. Definitely recommend Overhead Door of OKC.

We just had our garage door opener replaced had an excellent installer He was so organized, quick and questions answered very professionally. Have used this company many times on different Jobs very pleased!

I order a door. Approximately 10ft x 12ft. The day of the install a guy shows up by himself so I have to end up helping him as I know nothing about overhead doors, that's why I called them. The guy ends up messing up 11 cedar pickets on my gate because he left his side toolbox open on his truck. When he left the door was binding up & he said he really didnt know what was wrong because he usually doesn't do doors that size & the guy that usually does them was on vacation.

The regular guy gets back from vacation & comes out to adjust door, works great for awhile but then starts binding up again. After taking a closer look at it, there are bolts that are still loose because they didnt tighten them up & where they attached lag bolts with slotted holes there are no flat washers to hold the track in place. My experience I will not use them again & will not recommend them either. Use to be a good company years ago, dont know what happened. Still not fixed

Not happy with our experience with Overhead Door, not good customer service. I would really rate our experience lower than one star.

Very friendly and honest technician: he did quality work for a good price, fixing what I had rather than replacing a bunch of parts and changing more. When he was done, suggested getting additional weather stripping, then realized he had a scrap that he helped me put on for free.

I cannot speak highly enough about a service call that I just made to OverHead Garage Door of OKC! My garage door had been acting up for a while. I made the call, while this is probably not typical, the tech was at my door 10 minutes after I hung up the phone. Not only were they incredibly prompt, but friendly and extremely knowledgeable about fixing my garage door.

It wound up that the contractor for my house did not install it correctly. The tech took about an hour and it was like new. In addition their prices are fantastic as well! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the metro!

Good service. Showed up as scheduled. Replaced spring and had door operational within 30 minutes. Lubricated all moving parts before leaving. Price was same as quoted.
