Osorio's Painting

Did excellent work for me in the past, but now is a hit & miss if he'll show up like he says. This is the 2nd time I called for a quote, Osorio committed to coming by & he failed to show up or call.

I would've loved to give Osorio's 5 stars because they were very nice, were able to complete the job under a short timeline, and overall the house looked great, but there were a few things that knocked down their stars. First off, after they completed the job, I noticed a few areas where the paint had already bubbled or chipped. I contacted Osorio a few times and he said he would let me know when he could come fix them, but he never contacted me back. Then, I noticed that they actually left paint spots in several places.

I had to scrape paint splatter off of my sliding glass doors and several spots on the floors in different rooms. It was a lot of money to spend to have to do my own cleanup and touch ups afterwards.

5 stars Osorio's painting crew were professional, detail oriented, and did an excellent job. Maynor gave us a quote on a Wednesday, and told us they could start the following Monday with an expectation of 3 days of work. They showed up on time on Monday, began work immediately and finished by Tuesday. Everything was finished to our expectations. After they finished, we requested a few more quotes for additional work and will be calling Maynor as soon as those projects are ready to go.

Maynor Osorio's Painting staff has provided excellent service to the exterior paint job that we hired them for. The attention to detail was impressive. the crew was always on time and kept the area clean during the whole process. They were very pleasant to work with. me and my husband were very happy with the experience. very highly recommendable. We'll definitely hire them for our interior paint project. Excellent job!

I have gotten the worst experience from this company. On the get go I felt Maynor never had any interest in doing the project. He never made any measurement and before he left he said he asked me to text him my email address so he can send me the estimate. A week passed and I never got any email or at least a text. I texted him again to follow up but no response.

I finally called him and he said he was very busy and promised me that he will email the estimate the same day. To date, Maynor never sent the estimate that he promised to send. What a way to run a business!

I originally reached out to Osorio painting strictly for a paint quote but they ended up painting our entire house, installing chandeliers & crown molding, remodeling our bathroom, etc! Our house literally looks like a model home now & we couldn't be happier! Maynor & his guys were friendly, patient when we changed our mind a few times about paint color, showed up on time every morning and cleaned up after themselves everyday without having to be asked. Mayor even gave us design feedback on what he thought would look nice in our house & he was right. I recommend them for anyone who wants a quality job done for a good price!

This review is way overdue. I hired Osorio's Paining team to paint the exterior of my house in the city of Downey, CA. They did an AMAZING job. The team was on professional, on time, CLEAN, and stuck to the schedule as promised. From the day we met for the quote to the last detail on the last day- Osorio Painting exceeded our expectations. The team did a great job prepping.

They were detailed and moved quick throughout the house. They even patched up and repaired some details that were not even in the contract, now that's customer service! We have received many praises by family, friends, and neighbors and we have Osorio's Painting to thank for that. Osorio's Painting did a fabulous job on the entire interior of my house, including the ceilings. The entire place looks brand new. Maynor and his crew work very hard to get the project done within a few days, without compromising the quality of the paint job. They were simply awesome and provided everything at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs help with a paint job, no matter how big or small!

I have used Osorio's Painting for several projects within the 10 years for painting. This time, my experience expanded and I had my Master Bathroom remodeled. The finished product was amazing and Maynor was great with his recommendations with selecting the materials for the project.

Thanks to YELP I found Osorio's Painting! He responded within the day to my request for a quote. From the minute I met Maynard Osorio, I knew my stress about everything was over. His experience and knowledge of the work needed was impressive and put my skeptical mind at rest. He helped me with choosing paint colors and with different ideas I hadn't thought of.

He kept me from making bad decisions! His honesty and integrity impressed me as well as the pictures of work he had done. I was sent an estimate by email within the week and his prices were very reasonable. I was doing a remodel of the three bathrooms plus painting the interior of whole two story home including stair banisters, cabitnets, drywall, flooring, baseboards, doors, ceilings and walls.

He also installed my new light fixtures, vanities, toilets and ceiling fans. I had hired a handy man, thinking it would be cheaper, and that turned out bad! Osorio's was able to fix all his mistakes plus do the rest of the work I needed in less than two weeks! He worked hard with his crew and they were in and out each day before I got home from work.

Working areas were always cleaned up each day. I highly recommend Osorio's Painting for all your remodel work. I am so pleased with his work and my family said I have a model home now! I will hire again should the need arise and I told all my friends and family to hire him also! I posted a few pictures but they do not completely capture the beauty of their work!

Osorio's Helped me after I realized we'd bit off more than we could chew. I love DIY but with a newborn and toddler and limited vacation days, we weren't going to get the project done in time to move in on schedule. Ann Marie and Minor the owners, Moved heaven and earth to fit us into their work load and get us into our new place! He has connections to electrical and construction people also.

It was so nice to move in to our home with all new fixtures and every wall freshly painted. Nothing beats finding a trustworthy company. Nothing beats NOT having unfinished projects when moving in!

I found Osorio's Painting through the Home Advisor App. I called and spoke to his wife and the next day he met us at the house for a free estimate. The estimate was higher than we expected, but we were impressed by his knowledge and suggestions and also by the extra services he was going to perform with no extra charge. He's so much more than a painter!

He has a real knowledge of all aspects of home construction. He takes great pride in his work. His workers were always prompt, professional and skillful. Oh, let me also add that he's a patient man because I made a few changes after the house had been painted and he accommodated me, no problem. Maynor Osorio is the man! I will use his services in the future and I would certainly recommend him to friends and family, and that's saying a lot!

Maynor and his crew, Yadik and Oswaldo did an outstanding job painting the exterior of my house. The ease of communicating with Maynor (the business owner) was quite refreshing. He is professional, has great vision and is thoughtful. There were things that he added without cost to the project that conveyed a real sense of pride in the overall work that he does.

This was BY FAR the best painting experience I've ever had. We have had other painters in the past, but this company by far exceeded my expectations. Phone calls and emails were returned promptly and the paint crew showed up on time and worked until late in the day to finish painting my house. They did an excellent job, helped color match and recommended several different options.

I had originally scheduled a different company to come and do the work, but when they said it would be over a month and a half I started to look around for other companies. Osorio's was recommended to me by my neighbor who had her home painted several years ago and it still looks amazing. I did not hesitate to hire them once I received the estimate. This was the single most favorable experience we have ever had with a contractor! Maynor took on our difficult project for a fair price, did a truly excellent job, the crew showed up on time every day and cleaned up the job site every day. They were meticulous in the preparation process and in spite of the 100+ degree heat, they were always downright cheerful! We totally loved these guys and their work!
