A topographic survey is used in the design phase of a project. Engineers and Architects require a surveyor to locate planimetric and elevation features of the existing conditions of a project site to properly design. We employ, State of the art Total stations, GPS and 3D Scanner to collect such features. Generally, a topographic survey is tide to a local vertical and horizontal datum.
