Let me start by saying "WOW!" I called around lunch time and Nick from OneStop Plumbing was there in about two hours! He repaired my extremely old leaking toilet. He was willing to drill out the frozen bolts and replace the seal between the tank and the bowl (old seal pictured) as well as the insides of the tank. I'm so thankful he didn't push me to purchase a new toilet when mine just needed some TLC! Nick also talked to me about my other plumbing needs as a courtesy. I'll definitely be calling Nick at OneStop Plumbing in the future! Thank you for your honest respectful service!

My garbage disposal started to leak. I had had occasion to use One Stop Plumbers several times in the past, and, as before, I had no hesitation about calling them again. Just as before, I appreciated the whole process. The lady who answered my call was pleasant and professional. She has the ability to give you the impression that she is there to help you, and do it as efficiently as possible. Ryan, the technician, arrived exactly on time, worked with great skill to replace the disposal, and completed the job quickly.

He also provided clear answers, very willingly, to questions that I had. One last point is that the disposal was covered by a home warranty company, which gave me the option to receive cash out rather than wait for them to arrange a replacement. I was glad to find out that the price I paid for the new disposal matched exactly the amount offered by my home warranty company. In other words, One Stop Plumbers does not try to inflate the price of the unit and the work. I give them five stars very willingly.

Another GREAT Service call by One Stop! I needed two shower valves updated and they took care of me. I requested Wade from my first time experience with them and that's who I wanted to do the work. Tera got me scheduled and they completed the work in a timely fashion. I would not hesitate to call them again. 5 stars!

After scheduling 2 other plumbers and not even getting them to show up to my house as planned I was at my wits end. I didn't have access to my main drain which I knew was clogged. I am on a fixed income so I was also worried about the cost. When I called One So Plumbing I told them I needed my main drain unclogged and asked them to give me a detailed estimate.

They were the ONLY plumbers willing to work with me about costs. It was much cheaper they didn't have to take the toilet off and reinstall it. I did that, saving myself $265. The total cost of the plumber was only $190. That was less than half of the quotes given to me by other plumbers. Not only that but I called on Saturday afternoon and they my plumbing was fixed by noon Monday. Ryan was prompt, professional and didn't mind me watching and asking questions. I highly recommend One Stop Plumbers and will be using them for all of my plumbing needs.

First of all just wanted to commend your plumber "Ryan" for being so friendly, professional, and being so knowledgeable in his craft! I felt at ease right away as soon as he explained everything that he was going to do and gave me a professional estimate. From start to finish he explained in details on what he's going to do. Very maticulate and cleans after he got done. Very satisfied customer and definitely a customer for life. Will definitely ask for Ryan by name if I ever need any plumbing services done in my house!

Burst pipes in our home, luckily we were home at the time and able to turn the water off quickly. Called one stop as they had great reviews online, answered the phone and able to come to the house immediately. Wade the plumber on site was amazing. Crisis diverted with a bad regulator at the main line coming into the home (that he was able to identify quickly, within minutes) and then quickly repair hoses and a faucet in a bathroom. Replaced the regulator, all hardware under cabinet and new faucet.

Thank you Wade and One Stop for the quick response and quality work. Note - Wade advised that regulators go bad around 10 years. If you own a home and you haven't replaced this in over 10 years, out of today's experience I would advise you to do so. High pressure water at over 100psi will damage a home quickly. With our new regulator our water is back to 60psi.

Our shower handle would not shut off the water anymore. Called in and schedule and appointment fast. Great group of people. Very knowledgeable and amazing customer services. They genuinely care about getting the job done right and help you prevent future issues! Thank you!

Great service, fast! Sent a quote through yelp at 11, then Wade was here by 12:07 and done by 12:35. Fixed our garbage disposal and gave tips on future occurences.

Needed to replace my water heater which was about 18 yrs old making noises like a drummer in a rock n roll band. Called a few businesses from Yelp and settled on OneStop. They did not disappoint. Teara was quite helpful from setting up appointment to going over the cost in detail. There were no surprise or additional costs added.

I have used this company several times now, usually to unclog drains. Most recently the water pressure in our house increased drastically. They came out the same day I called and they were able to replace the pressure valve. I really appreciate how quick they respond and how reliable their service is. Their prices are also very reasonable!

I live in Corona, and some of my neighbors have had problems with slab leaks, and I wanted to make sure I didn't have one. I went with One Stop Plumbers because I saw they had a deal going on for slab detection leaks, so I thought why not?

Watching your water heater breathe its last is a sorry sight. We didn't have a plumber we could count on or trust with prices. UNTIL - we called OneStop because of the Yelp reviews. They were everything everyone raved about, and it was even sweeter to discover they live right down the road from us.

I saw I had a small leak in my ceiling coming from the upstairs bathroom. Conrad showed up on time and in uniform. He gave me his card and came right in to get to work. He was straight forward with me and a real great guy.
