Everyone I talked to until David picked up the rugs was professional, then David also explained everything, he was very patient, punctual and polite. It was so easy to arrange everything! This company cleaned several area rugs for me and did a great job. I had the rugs for about a year, and despite constant vacuuming, the amount of filth that came off of them from this professional cleaning was incredible. Prompt, professional, and easy to schedule. Not nearly the headache I thought having rugs professionally cleaned would be. I'll be calling them again!

Excellent service! They fixed up my oriental rug that my subletter spilled on and roughed up. In addition, they went above and beyond the call of duty, and fixed up a few extra things without charging. I was nervous to let this rug go to a cleaner because it is the last thing I have from my grandma, but they absolutely exceeded my expectations.

I am a repeat customer. Two wool rugs perfectly cleaned including one which had a very noticeable large stain - now gone! Also had two couches steam cleaned and they turned out great. David is very helpful and always on time and courteous. Recommend!

We've decided it's about time to clean our oriental rug. We looked online and came across NYCleaners. The reviews were wonderful and we decided to give it a try. The representative was very accommodating and set up a free estimate for that same day. The technician was super nice and professional and the price was fair And picked up the rug that day.

When the rug was delivered back, I was impressed! It looked brand new! the stains and smell is gone and overall I'm very satisfied! I would definitely recommend this company again!

These guys are the BEST! I've used them for about 6 years now and I'm extremely satisfied every time. The service is great, and always timely and very pleasant. The prices are fair and better than anyone around. I've had them clean in my apt and take other carpets out for a "pool" soaking and they always come back looking and smelling great. Most recently, my dog got sick all over the rug while I was at work and it sat there all day and was dried in by the time I got home.

I also got a new puppy who had bad aim when peeing on the wee-wee pad and peed on the rug a lot. It was definitely time to get it cleaned. David came to pick it up and it came back perfectly clean and smelled fresh. If they could handle the stains from two dogs, they can take on anything you can throw at them. I highly recommend them.

NYC Cleaners did an amazing job on my rugs and couches! David came by promptly and we discussed the many ways of cleaning our rugs. He knew carpets and let us know that we could refresh our small Persian rug with trim. They came back beautifully cleaned. We had more business with NYC Cleaners to clean our two couches. He returned promptly and again did an amazing job cleaning them. I would highly recommend NYC Cleaners to work with. David was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. His work was impeccable! Kudos!

David was great to work with! Arrived on time, provided fair and free estimate, and completed the cleaning quickly and did an excellent job. He was very friendly - he provided tips on how to maintain the couch on a regular basis so that I wouldn't need another deep cleaning and offered to clean our carpet, ottoman and throw pillows in addition to the couch for no additional charge when he saw that we had a newborn and wanted things to be as clean as possible! Great service. He did an excellent job and would recommend him to anyone!

Incredible service. David was our guy and he came accessed the carpet, gave us a great quote, then took the carpet for us. He delivered it right to our door and even helped place it in the right place.

I had a fantastic experience with David who was professional, thorough and fast. He explained everything he was going to do and in the end showed me a bucket of mold and dirt that had been accumulating in my couch for 10 years.

Had a great experience with NYCleaners. Our carpets had some very bad stains (juice, oils, etc.) and was very surprised to see them looking almost brand new after cleaning. I had used another service in October and they were not able to get the stains out.
