Nice and Clean was first founded in 1993 by husband and wife duo, Carlos and Isabel Villanueva. The idea came to Isabel when she watched how other cleaning companies handled their business with providing mediocre services. Seeing how the current industry was at ignoring what the customer needed, she vowed to create a cleaning business that was handled with more of a personal touch.Believing the most important part of any business was a relationship between customers and customized services to fit their needs, the idea of Nice and Clean, an Alexandria house cleaning service company, was created. The commitment to customer service had lead Nice and Clean to customize and personalize each and every service exactly to their customer's specifications.

I can't believe I have not reviewed Nice and Clean before today. I have known the Nice and Clean team for more than 10 years. Each and every time they have cleaned my home I am amazed at the wonderful job they do. I could not be happier and if I could have given them six stars I would have done so. We have been using Nice & Clean for over a year now, first in Arlington and now in Alexandria, and could not be happier! The crew could not be more impeccable with their attention to detail and will leave your house spotless. Carlos comes to do the "walk through" to ensure your quote is specifically tailored to your home, instead of some blanket fee.
The prices are more than reasonable and the cleaners are very efficient (usually a crew of 2-3). Have and will continue to recommended this company to friends, co-workers, and family. Cannot wait to use Nice & Clean for years to come!

Carlis and his team are amazing! Every week I would receive a text the day before letting me know what time they would be at my home! They were always on time and did an amazing job! About two months ago my family and I had to move out of our house. In the rush of getting everything done I forgot to schedule a cleaning service. With just a few days left I called Nice and Clean. Carlos is the gentleman who handled our service and he was very professional. He went out of his way to meet me that day to look at what we needed done.
I had called two other cleaning places before reaching him, both gave outrageous prices without even looking at the house. Nice and Clean were able to give a very fair price for outstanding service. When the cleaning was done, the property manager personally called me to state that the house was left in immaculate shape. I would DEFINITELY recommend Nice and Clean.

Nice and Clean does excellent work cleaning our home. I have tried various other cleaning services, but I haven't been consistently pleased with either the thoroughness of their work or their ability to meet our need for occasional scheduling flexibility. Nice and Clean continuously exceeded my expectations on both fronts, and is very responsive when I reach out to them.

This company is incredible. I went through several cleaning companies before stumbling upon Carlos and his team. They are so meticulous that when I come home from a long days work after they've been to my house, it looks exactly how I would've cleaned it and more. This says a lot as I am very detail oriented. Not to mention, they change our sheets, take out our garbage, and clean out the cat litters! And they are very affordable! It does not get better than this.

Carlos and his team are absolutely wonderful! Not only are they very reliable and affordable, but any time that I have a specific request or a way I like things to be done, his team is always completely accommodating and he always follows up to make sure things are done to my liking. I have used a number of cleaners in the past, but I will always be loyal to Carlos and his team at Nice and Clean and hope never to have to look for another cleaning company again.

Nice and Clean was referred to me by a family member. They have completed the first cleaning of my townhome and I could not be any happier. They did an excellent job. The attention to detail was what impressed me the most. It is easy to "gloss over" certain items, but they were very detailed and thorough. I highly recommend Nice and Clean - take a break - let someone else do the cleaning.
