Quick scheduling, excellent customer service, and fantastic workmanship... ok, so it was “just” a toilet install (w/ potential can of worms being opened in a 70yr old building!) but living w/out a toilet and them understanding this without me even having to TELL them and getting some out THE NEXT DAY was incredible!! I wanted to post a note and let you know that your employee Scott, who helped us with our plumbing issue last week, did a phenomenal job. My grandfather's main sewer backed up due to tree roots (just weeks before closing on selling it of course) and he was able to diagnose and address the issue. He stayed as long as needed to make sure the job was done properly and thoroughly.

I'd highly recommend using Neptune. My grandma had two emergency repairs within a week and they came through quickly on both. Both repairs (a toilet and a faucet) were done fairly and the job was not oversold. I would definitely use them again.
