We ordered Marvin Windows from Nelly's back at the 1st of August. They were promised to be delivered by December 1st at the latest. As of January 5th, we are still waiting for Windows, while our house sits open to the winter weather. It seems the windows were finally put on a truck December 16th. and even though the truck didn't arrive in SC, no one at Neelys could been bothered to track the shipment.
We finally contacted Marvin ourselves yesterday. They did a little research and found out that the truck broke down and the windows were returned back to their warehouse where they've been sitting since the 17th of December. As I write this, I still cannot get Marvin Windows or Neelys doors and windows to give us a tracking number or a delivery date. I would never do business with Neely's or Marvin again. Pella I'm sorry I left you. It will never happen again. #marvinwindows #neelys #pella

Requested an estimate. They came to the house told me about different options. Said they would send an email with estimates on different types of windows. Once we selected one then we would get an estimate for the whole house. Then also said they would give us addresses for windows in the area so we could see them in person the different types on older homes like ours.
Never heard from them. Have send 2 emails back now and nothing. I guess they don't want someone using a local business. Will have to go with a big window company as they are the ones giving me estimates and service promptly.
