When we purchased our home, there were several things that needed to be done since it was built in 1998. Replacing the windows was at the top of our list. I chose NC Siding and Windows because of the reputation and the quality of work they do. Dale showed us a number of options and then helped us make the right selection based on what we wanted to achieve.

There was never any pressure or gimmicks, just honest information. The installation was superb and the windows and doors are spectacular! Doing business with Dale and Tammy Rogers is like doing business with friends. Job well done!

I surveyed ten contractors and after over twelve lengthy email exchanges with Ed, I finally chose NC Siding and Windows. Ed gave very competitive quotes for both whole-house Hardie and vinyl siding replacements. We talked about many different options, Ed always laid out the works required for the options, their pros and cons and costs to help me make my decision.

The friendly siding replacement crew- Jack, Greg and Lougan- did a wonderful job. I am a perfectionist, details like aligning all siding pieces horizontally from wall to wall were some of my concerns before and during the work- I had seen many houses with mismatched siding alignment. Jack and Greg always listened to my concerns and explained how they were going to do their work and assured me that everything would be done to my expectation. And yes, everything was indeed done to my great satisfaction. They even painted my chimney cap for free.

NC Siding and Windows has been reliable, responsive, reasonable in price, and provided excellent quality of work. I had windows installed and also fascia replaced. Here's a picture of the old facia and new.

My husband and I signed a contract with NC Siding and Windows, INC to install vinyl siding, new windows, new gutters, gutter guards, and two new doors. This was a huge project and this company made the entire process easy. To top it off, the cost was far below other estimates we received. Ed was the first person we met. He was a wealth of information and explained the products available and the how the process would take place.

When the supplies came and the crew arrived to begin work, we continued to be pleased. The crew was always on time, did quality work, and were extremely respectful. Ed continued to check in on the project and when we needed to add a couple of things to the to do list, he was happy to help. We are extremely happy with the final result and we highly recommend them to our neighbors and friends.

We had NC Siding and Windows install new vinyl siding and windows on our home in 2016, and have been very happy with both the work they did, and their exceptional customer service. At one point during a wind storm a year or so after the job was completed, a piece of our siding was torn loose by the storm. We called for assistance, and the NC Siding and Windows team was out within a couple of days to reattach it and repair the damage for us.

We have since recommended them to several neighbors who have hired them for similar jobs, and all of them have been really happy with the work as well. I can't recommend NC Siding and Windows highly enough if you need new siding or windows for your home.

I had 3 estimates done and NC Siding and Window was by far the most real and fair priced (No selling tactics, with honest feedback and recommendations). The installation is just, if not more, important than the windows themselves IMO. Their installer Jeromy was absolutely TOP NOTCH to work with. You can tell he knows what he is doing and he left our home immaculate after installation. NC Siding and Windows replaced 14 windows in my home. Kyle initially came (on time as scheduled) to measure the windows and write up the estimate. He explained the options and associated costs, i.e., grids, vinyl capping. The team of 3 showed up as promised, worked as a team to efficiently complete the task in one day, and cleaned up before they left.

I'm very happy with the windows and the service provided by NC Siding and Windows. They also replaced my front gutters; a different team with the same satisfied result. I would highly recommend this company for your home improvement projects. Tammy Rogers was my contact person in the office. She was responsive and kept me informed of the scheduling of the work.

Technicians from NC Siding & Windows installed a new slinging glass door to my deck. A staff member came out to my home and gave a very reasonable estimate. The glass door is very high quality and the work is superior. The installation technicians were courteous, polite, exact in their measurements, and thorough in everything they did.

Products have to be ordered, but were kept in loop as to delivery dates. No surprises. Installation done by three professionals in a timely manner. No messes left. They had to do some adapting as far as door installation. Done quickly and professionally. Did a lot of work in short time, but done well. Overall Great Experience! Dale is as knowledgeable as they come.

After a large wind storm pieces of my siding began to fall off. Since they're all connected, the longer I had to wait to get service, the more pieces would fall which would start costing me more money to replace/repair.

We had all of our windows replaced about 2 years ago so I've had time to see how the product holds up. These are good windows and they have saved us on heating and cooling. Also, it has dampened outside noise. Dale Rogers is the owner and working with him and his crew was great. They actually show up when they say, which is getting more and more rare.

Love my windows, made a hug difference in the warmth, and sound. They are truly a 1st class company, with 1st class quality windows and service.
