Five Stars for My Plumber. From the very first phone call, Franco the owner, explained everything in detail so that I understood what was needed to be done. He came to my home the next day and his expertise, experience and knowledge were again immediately obvious. His price was very fair and right in line with all of the other quotes I received. But Franco stood out from the rest.

He made me feel very reassured while seemingly very genuine. I trusted him. His team as well were awesome! Each of them were polite, respectful, and were quick to answer any questions that arose. They worked in my home for four days and they left my home clean and overrall were just the best! I am just thrilled that I hired My Plumber to do a total repipe of my home and also replace my water heater. Call this company for your plumbing needs. You will be very satisfied!

Made a call in the morning (10-11am) and was given to dispatch and a confirmation number, with a time time of "Anytime"-- That translated into having no idea when someone would show up. Four people are waiting to get their sink unclogged and I continue to call in and get forwarded to dispatch. Called that someone will be out there in an hour, an hour passes again, and it is now 6:20pm.

This is literally 5mi away from the house. I still have no clue why someone hasn't shown up. Why is there a 49.99 service fee included when you have to ruin your entire day waiting on people that don't show up or even mention when they might show up?!

We scheduled an estimate for replacement of a water heater late afternoon with My Plumber Plus. As scheduled, the morning of next day, a technician (Manny) arrived and did a quick and to a point estimate with a very reasonable pricing. When asked when he would be available, Manny said he could start right away. I liked his very professional attitude and quick, no nonsense response, that I hired him on a spot - canceling the rest of the estimates that were scheduled to follow.

He did a great job, bringing a new unit we earlier agreed, installing it, including gas connection, hood, pipes, and so on, cleaning the work area, and verifying the heater operation. Within a few hours, much less then I expected, everything was done and we have hot water again. I highly recommend My Plumber and their technician, Manny.

Do not use this plumber. My tenant in Oceanside needed a plumber mid-week to replace a shower valve that had broken. He tried our regular plumber and before I could get involved, he hired My Plumber CA. He was given an estimate of 30 minutes to do the repair. The Moen valve part that was needed sells on Amazon for less than $18.00. The repair was quickly done as promised and a bill for $353.00 was presented.

The tenant paid it. I called the office to discuss this unusually high bill and gave my name and number along with the information about the repair to the receptionist. I received no call back. When I called again later in the day, the person who took my call (I tried three times before I figured our what was going on) said "I cannot hear you. Call back". Then hung up.

Calvin was prompt and professional. Was trying to bypass and old passive water heater. Turned into an all day ordeal. Calvin was cordial and professional the whole time. Great job!

No show for the scheduled appointment.even after a phone call to them where they confirmed all was well. Burned my entire day.

I am very happy for this service. After I changed the water filters myself, the pressure in the tap disappeared. I called this company and they accepted the order and said that the diagnostic is free. They sent me a plumber in 20 minutes. Plumber Mike was very friendly and absolutely professional. He made a diagnostic and explained the reason for the loss of water pressure in the tap. I will continue to use this company and recommend them to my friends. Thanks Mike!

Mike and his team were awesome. We had a gas leak and SDG&E shut off the gas supply. Mike arrived literally a couple of hours later, gave us a quote and scheduled work the next day. The repair involved digging 2-3 feet deep to replace the gas line. After the work was done they put our garden and plants back and you would never know they were here. Overall outstanding work and we will not hesitate to use Mike again.

Horrible company - DO NOT USE! They will completely rip you off and do sub-par work. The owner is horrible - no care for customer satisfaction or repeat business. They just give flat rates and refuse to break down the cost or tell you how much the parts cost.

Can't give prices for simple job over phone. Caught me off guard as this is the only company that told me this. Shady AF

Kenny from My Plumber came in and saved the DAY! Thank you so much for sending him my way on short notice. My refrigerator water supply valve was stuck and needed to be replaced. Kenny was amazing and worked his magic; he was in and out in half the time we estimated, and my bill was less than I expected. Highly recommend My Plumber!

Avoid this company. They will charge you arm and leg for a very minor job. Do not waste your money when you can get the same job done with less money and better services.

Today, on Clairemont Mesa Boulevard, truck #23 (around 1:30 p.m.) turned right on a red, cutting off two vehicles (mine being one of them). If you have a company where vehicles are on the road, it's probably best to tell the folks driving them, to be safer and follow all rules of the road. I don't mind if you're going 90 mph on the freeway, but.cutting off cars can cause an accident and it's a reflection of poor training or disregard for the business you're working for.

I give 5 stars service. 0/1 for price. It's my fault for not reading the Yelp reviews to begin with. I was tired of dealing with a leaky pipe and no water. I would not use them again, but that's just me.

Taking advantage of Senior Citizens?! My bad for not being home and not asking for an estimate. Granted the installation looks good. But come on you took advantage of my 92 year old Father and charged $2003 to replace the faucets in two bathrooms and supply line for one! Never again!

Total SCAM I would never call or recommend this company to anyone. Had a little leak from toilet & problem with the suction when flushing. The very nice worker came to check it out. He suggest a new toilet which came up to $762 with installation and wax ring. Well, after he removed the told the price double to $1500.00 to complete the work. So, then asked about the option to keep my old toilet which was in good condition.

They told me keeping my old toilet the repairs would be $980.00. Before they entered my house I just had a little leak from toilet. I ended up paying a service charge $150.00 for them doing nothing. I refused to have the work done. I refused to be taken advantage of with the high price services. PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!

Service was on-time, thorough, and speedy. Ben Hanen is an elite tech in my opinion. We specified exactly what water-heater we wanted after considerable research (50-gal. Rheem/Rudd) and requested a smitty pan and stand as well. The quality of the accessories were superb, better than two competing quotations, and Ben's installation was well-ordered and much improved over the original.

What we thought was a simple leak turned into a major multi-day job repairing, replacing, and sealing old cast iron pipes. Throughout it all Eric and his team were professional, courteous, and on time. He took the time to fully explain our options, and when asked for his opinion he gave what I thought was a fair and honest evaluation. When the work was completed we had one small issue which was quickly resolved. Should the need arise we will definitely use them again (and ask for Eric) and would recommend them highly.

DO NOT GIVE THE COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS. 1) They are overpriced by a huge margin. 2) The correct way to unclog my drain (no clean-out) is to go on the roof and snake it from the main vent (numerous prior companies did so). The plumber that came out refused to do so stating their company policy FORBIDS ROOF WORK. He tells me the toilet needs to be removed so he can snake the line that way (much more labor intensive and expensive), cost ~$550.

I was in a bind and needed it done so I paid the money, he said it includes a free camera scope of the drain (at a future date). A day or two later another plumber came with the scope AND GOES ON THE ROOF to run it through the vent. Wait, wut? I thought your company FORBIDS ROOF WORK! Scammers. 3) Once you give them business they will spam call you on a regular basis to tell you about "specials" they have going on.

First of all muthaf***er, don't call my cell phone. Secondly, I'm not going to go clog my drain at that moment so I can take advantage of special pricing. WTF. Every time they call I tell them to stop calling, they don't. I seriously regret giving these scammers my business, learn from my mistake. **Note: I'm not one that just writes reviews when I'm dissatisfied, check my history, I also will give good reviews when I am satisfied.

Your technician, Jason Alva, was the most competent plumber I have ever used. His work was impeccable and his manner polite and helpful. My compliments to you for having this very qualified young man as a representative of your company. 2 reviews 1.0 star rating 3/13/2017 We called them to repair a leak under our house. It was a pin size hole in a copper pipe. He told me they would need to cut out a foot long section and weld a new one in place. They quoted us $795 and said it could take a couple of hours and two men. We ended up going with someone else who had the job done (just one guy) in 40 minutes for $135.00. I know now to never call this company again.

Rome was very thorough in swapping out my water heater for a tankless water heater, and installing it, and moving my water purifier, in/to the attic. He discussed my options, and what I could expect, in a great deal of detail, I'm very pleased with the service I received, the job that was performed, and how I was treated.

I am VERY pleased with My Plumber. Everyone is so courteous! The service is great! I will be happy to recommend Ben Hagen, who was sent to my home. He has been here a few times, is always punctual, very friendly, polite and courteous, explains everything so well, does a terrific job, and leaves everything neat and clean. I can't ask for a better plumber! He's great!

I'm never using My Plumber again! I have a pressurized toilet that broke and the water was running all of the time. The plumber came over and said he had no idea what was wrong with the toilet without taking it out and troubleshooting the interworking parts. He also "checked the water pressure" with a device that appeared to be broken. I stood directly over his shoulder to see what the reading was myself, and he turned and covered it with his hands as if he was guarding his ATM PIN number.

The device had a needle and I saw him touch it and move it with his finger. He wouldn't let me see the reading even though I was trying to see it. Why? He came back with an estimate of almost $600, but a whole new toilet tank costs less than $250 at Home Depot and I can install it myself! First he said he had no idea what was wrong with the toilet and he would have to troubleshoot it, which makes sense.

Then he said the problem was due to high water pressure, which he determined from his "reading" and I would have to pay hundreds of dollars to fix the water pressure. I no longer trust this business because of the suspicious water pressure reading. The condo association gets the water pressure tested regularly and I have my own water pressure tester and the water pressure at my place is, and always has been, normal and I can prove it with data.

You can buy your own water pressure reader at Home Depot, Lowe's, or on the internet. Just screw it on to the water spout and read the number for yourself - easy. Don't let anyone fool you with the water pressure trick.

HI, I called yesterday in an effort to find a plumber who could come and fix a leaky pipe in my laundry room. I was fortunate enough to have Mike sent over the same day. He was so nice, very quick, and even cleaned up that room when he was done! (He also didn't mind my 4 cats running around.) I have never had to hire a plumber before and really wasn't sure what to expect.

I just received a call from the Mr. Doane who stated that he was very pleased with the service he received today from Lars. He, also, stated that we have the nicest people working here starting with me. He said you all should get a raise. I told him I would pass that along. That was very nice to hear from a long time customer of ours.

Saw my $890 check clear bank today Wife called for FREE estimate It's not free- it's misleading 2 min after walking in the door we were told "if I have to breakout any tools" to determine if there is a leak there is a $350 minimum charge I wanted Mike to leave My wife was rightfully concerned about water leaking, loss of shower use and mold Even though I felt completely mislead, as like everyone else, we are busy So we went ahead with the now $350 FREE estimate After the estimate, 1 hour of work and knowing I was already into "my Pumber" ( who is no longer my plumber ) I wrote a check for $890 Before I agreed to the work I had a few questions and out came the " I have other jobs to go to, what do you want to do - aggressive If it were truly a FREE estimate I would have told him to pack his bags $890 to replace a single elbow joint Can you say PRICE gouge - ouch Do you see a tend here on YELP about price gouging? If you want to pay triple what any other plumber would charge and not be verbally assaulted call someone else

OK, this is a 2 part evaluation. 1) Garrett is as good as they get. On time, personable, professional, quick and efficient. 2) Pricing is crazy high. I paid in the neighborhood of $500 + for a simple garbage disposal. If I had not been in a critical time restraint situation I would have gone elsewhere. Can I recommend the company. NO Would I be delighted to refer anyone to Garrett? ABSOLUTELY YES! Probably not the feed back the company want to hear but for me just the simple truth! Dave B. Mira Mesa
