Jake was on time and professional. Showed him the areas of concern and he was on his way. Haven't seen any crawlers or flying bugs since. We will be calling again!

The technicians I have met have been wonderful. They are kind, intelligent and informative. The prices are competitive and they don't try to sell you on services not needed. We have used Mug-A-Bug since moving into our house and have always been happy with the service provided. However, on the last couple of visits, I have been unhappy with service. We had an initial visit and the tech said that there was mice in the second structure. I asked to have another tech come to look and he said there are no mice in the second structure.

I went ahead with the service, but I realized it is just a way to charge more for a service that wasn't actually needed. I understand that times are difficult, but it feels not very nice to be charged for something not needed. The other issue is with billing. The representative that I talked with was very rude. And it just leaves a person with a overall negative feeling about the company.

I did appreciate the second tech that came in. He was honest with his assessment. Though due to the overall service from the company - I do not recommend using them as they are just looking for additional charges for services not needed.

Service representative Darius Brown was very pleasant and professional in all areas! He went out of his way to take care of our home beyond what I requested; or paid for! Darius represents his company with honor and distinction; should be commended! Stephen

Mug-A-Bug has consistently provided effective and professional service to Peoples United Methodist Church. As the Admin. Assistant, I have had great experiences with all of the technicians and staff there. I am mentioning technician Joseph as he was extremely knowledgeable, well mannered, professional. He went above and beyond what his job curtailed.

They are always accommodating when scheduling to include technicians AND they have a warranty between services.if you have an issue, they will come back out. I appreciate our Technician, Joe, as he reminds me via text the day before and will give me a 10 minute window text when on his way. Joe is professional and provides great customer service. A BIG thank you to Charles for his work on the termites. We have a bathroom that has tile floors and Charles managed to drill the tile grout area in a way that allowed for the treatment to be completed and he didn't crack or break a single tile. You can tell that Charles is constantly thinking about the best way and the right way to finish the job.great customer service!

Luis is absolutely wonderful! He was so incredibly helpful and was a true treasure to be around. We had him treat our home for bed bugs and he explained everything to us and what to expect over the next few days. He is going on vacation later this month, and we actually re-arranged OUR schedule so that we would work around Luis' vacation and make sure that he was our technician again.

We have been very pleased with the Mug-A-Bug Pest Control services that we have been receiving. We have been getting consistent phone calls prior to service, you have been flexible to always work within our schedules, and the customer service on every call has been excellent. Relief at last! After continuously getting stung by wasps (and finding out I am VERY allergic) and finding a huge 3'x2' nest in a tree, Mug A Bug came out the next day (yesterday) and sprayed. And since they were coming out to take care of that, I got a fantastic deal on spraying my house for spiders.

I had a horrendous wasp and hornet problem this summer and Bug-A-Bug took care of it. Apart from nests under my shingles I had a colony behind our stucco which was a major headache. They worked with my schedule and James was incredibly knowledgeable about wasp and hornet behavior and answered all my questions.

We have signed up for their quarterly service plan at $80.00 a visit. As usual, Daniel was punctual and professional. We did not get charged for this service because of their customer service guarantee. We had a spider problem pop-up between services, so they came out and re-sprayed. It was a pleasant surprise to not be charged!

Hats off to this company and its great technicians. Everyone, from the initial phone call about pricing to a full season of service at our home and business has been kind, professional, prompt and on time.

They came out and checked the entire house for signs of termites and gave an estimate of the work to be done all the while explaining all the work required and why. They scheduled the next two visits. They showed up on time and did the first half of services and let us know what was required for the next scheduled service. The owner was the actual inspector who came out.

I had a property treated and paid almost $900. The bedbugs never disappeared and the property treated is worse than ever. I spoke with the owner of Mug-A-Bug, who said he would not stand behind his work and would not respray and that it was my problem.

Thought we had a problem with ants so we called Mug A Bug. Company had entomologist come out for free and look. Charles came out and told us that the ants we have are not really a problem and can be killed with over the counter pesticides.
