The window replacements I received were amazingly installed by Joseph, Logan, and Aaron! They all did great work and completed the job in a reasonable time frame for my 6-window replacements. They made sure I knew how to operate/clean the windows before leaving and they cleaned up pretty well. They all had great communication and were easy to make conversation with. Such a great team, I'd recommend these guys to anyone!

My name is Elva Adams. I was extremely pleased with the work ethics of both Craig and Chris. On 5/22-5/25/22 they both installed three doors/storm doors (front, side and back). We love Mr Rogers Windows! We replaced all the windows in our house with RenewalbyAnderson a couple of years ago and we're very happy. We did not hesitate to contact Mr Rogers Windows again when we decided to replace our Sliding glass doors in our sun room. We replaced one door and changed out the two other sliding doors to windows. Craig, Lamont and Andrew were very professional, courteous and friendly. The installation took less than a day and looks beautiful! We couldn't be happier!

Of all the contractor work we've had done over the years, this was without doubt the best ever. The crew was highly professional. If you want to pay an exorbitant amount of money for a window that is measured incorrectly TWICE and then installed anyways because they didn't actually have the capacity to make a custom frame to fit existing structure (information left out of sales pitch), this is the company to hire! I was willing to pay extra because I was told they could actually do the job.

Lesson learned. I have never been this unhappy with a contractor and I've managed commercial and residential properties. My recommendation would be to go with anyone else.

Thanks to Craig Bechthold, Lamont Hairston, and Anthony Taylor for installing new windows to my house. They did an excellent job. The quality of the installation and craftsmanship was top-tier. They were very professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and arrived on time. It was a pleasure talking to them. The windows were done neatly and had a clean touch to it.

We had new windows installed on our whole house approximately 10 years ago. This was an expensive investment, and we believed we were installing high quality windows. Over time, the wrap around the windows has started to peel and chip. Although the windows have a 20-year warranty, apparently the materials used to install the windows do not. We now have expensive windows with deteriorating trim.

We have been in touch with Mr. Rogers twice on this matter - the first time we requested this be addressed only to learn that "environmental issues" with the trim are not covered (e.g., sun, water etc.). Hmm, how can the materials around the window not be exposed to the environment? The 2nd time we had a representative knock on our door trying to sell us windows.

We showed him our problem, and he agreed this was not satisfactory and initiated a review process again. We ended up in the same place. Installing windows that are supposed to last a long time with materials that don't hold up to the environment. Buyer beware!

Craig Bechthold and Ryan Howard from Mr Rogers Windows was awesome. They came and took down our old door frame and installed our new one in no time! These guys were great! Dustin, Cody and Anthony were professional, respectable and showed up on time. They were done in no time, didn't leave a mess and they covered their feet. Even the sales guy came inside and took his shoes off when entering my home. I thought that was awesome. The windows were done neatly and had a clean finish. You could not tell they were newly installed.

Shawn and Joseph were wonderful. The quality of the installation was exceptional and they were very neat while working. They both were a pleasure to talk to and they responded to my requests quickly and cheerfully. The time they took with the more difficult windows showed there professionalism and attention to detail and perfection. I can't say enough about them.

If every business had employees like these two there would never be a need to deal with recalls. When I am ready for door replacements I will be calling and I hope these two wonderful gentlemen will be the ones doing the installation. I cannot say enough about my new doors from Mr. Rogers. They are absolutely gorgeous and make a real statement. If anything, I now need a house that's the quality of the doors. Craig, Ryan, and James arrived on time and worked quickly to repair the wood rot before installing the amazingly beautiful doors. I know many companies would have installed the doors over the damage and the homeowner would have never known, but not Mr. Rogers.

The quality of their work and the craftsmanship of the doors are second to none. They were worth every bit of the price. I wonder how we ever got by for so long with cheap, poorly installed doors. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

This is the fourth project we have done using Mr. Rogers Windows. The installation team (Craig, Justin, and Ryan) was excellent, arrived exactly on time, all are extremely professional, and the finished work was exactly what we were hoping for. We will continue to highly recommend Mr. Rogers Windows to anyone considering this type of project.

I am SOOO happy with my new custom front door and side panels. They were expensive. But I wanted something that would last the rest of my life. And it had to be perfect, from the colors to the accent moldings over and around the outside. Wariness surrounded my call for an estimate since I had been warned about the custom window & door establishments.

But I had tried several times to order the right door from one of the building supply stores with no success. There were long waits behind other customers. And the associates answered phone calls & questions from other customers when it was my turn. I finally gave up & went home. The opposite was the case with Mr. Rogers. A very pleasant lady came to my house at my convenience.

She walked me through every aspect of the door I wanted. She didn't try to press for certain features as the building supply company had done. Meeting my preference was her concern. We went through every aspect of the door & side panels. Voila. The perfect door! My concern was that there be no change in my inside or outside moldings & decorative wood pieces over & surrounding the door.

So she took lots of pictures & of course measurements. It was MY door! So I immediately put down the required deposit. Later I received a call that they wanted to send a senior employee out to confirm the measurements before they placed the order for my door to be built. Good deal! Another call came from scheduling to prebook an installation date based on its estimated arrival.

This was good also. It took a couple of months but finally the installation date arrived. I'm the only owner of the 34 year old house. My late husband had replaced the door once, but not the side panels. The installation crew found on one side a completely rotten stud. Panic! But they were prepared. They brought a new one from the truck & told me the wood behind it was fine. Whew.

When they finished I had my perfect door. I couldn't be happier. I love the double dead bolt lock, which is so easy to operate without a key. It's just all perfect! My experience was great! There's no doubt that I'll use Mr. Rogers again.

Is this place even getting any business from the absurd number of fliers they send out? It's ridiculously annoying.

Dont waste your time for a quote. $7500 for the same door at Home Depot for only $1800! Rip off!

Craig and Cody installed my beautiful back entry door yesterday. They were both very professional, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They even took the time to look at my front screen door that Mr. Rogers had intalled a couple of years ago and it had quit latching properly. However, they got it working again for me. That is what I call going above and beyond the call of duty. I am extremely pleased with my door and my installation.

We are very happy with our experience with Mr. Rogers Windows. From our consultation with Johnny, who provided us with comprehensive information on the products and process, to the excellent installation team (Craig, Jimmy, and Cody) who were courteous, professional, and worked hard to get the job done well and quickly, we are pleased with the team at Mr. Rogers.

Thanks to Mr Rogers Windows for coming out to my house to check the quality of their installation from 2011. They explained and showed me it was the way the builder built the house, not the installation of the windows. He even offered to pay for the rechaulking of the windows.

Absolutely not worth the money. The same windows are available from Lowes. Salesman was a prick. They needed to repair termite damage and gave me an ultimatum with no window over my garage. That's ok, but don't gouge me with electrician pricing per hour $97 for carpentry work.

We had all of our windows replaced, a window converted to a door and a door converted to a window, exceptional work! From the initial contact with Kevin Sebring, that came to our house to present the product and give an initial estimate to the final product, unbelievable service. The men that came to remove and install the windows were very courteous, polite, respectful and a pleasure to have in our home.

The experience was enjoyable, Josh, Jimmy, Craig, Zachary and Russ made the whole experience a good experience. The windows and door that were in stalled are an excellent product. I would do it all over again if I had more windows to install. Thank you Mr. Rogers Windows for a wonderful experience.

They replaced all my windows about 8 years ago and a patio door and 2 entry doors about 4 years ago. High quality, no more air and water leaks. noticeable reduction in my electricity bill. More expensive than other companies i interviewed but the quality of product and company's backing was worth the investment and peace of mind. I had a small tree break one of my windows and they came out and replaced it at no cost no questions asked.

Nobody does stuff like that these days. The fact that they've been a top rated company in business since the 80's speaks volumes. Products = top shelf. Price = higher end. Experience with this company = priceless.

My husband & I have been extremely happy with our decision to use Mr. Rogers Windows! Our 1987 home has 31 windows & the original ones had become drafty & difficult to clean. In 2006, we decided to replace the first 20 windows in the older section of our home. (We had added on several additions, including a sunroom with 11 windows of its own). We were very pleased with the company from the initial consultation, to the installation all the way through completion.

A few years later, we needed to replace three exterior doors & again went to Mr. Rogers Windows. We also had a storm door installed on the front of the house. We really love the look & function of the doors. For years, we talked about replacing the last 11 windows in our sunroom. They had become cloudy from broken seals & the temperature difference between that room & the rest of the house was very noticeable.

Last year, our Christmas gift to ourselves was 11 new windows in our sunroom! The installation team from Mr. Rogers Windows came out on December 26 (one of the coldest days that month) & installed our new windows. They even removed our bamboo blinds from each window & reinstalled them for us. We still comment about how even the temperature in our house is now that all of our windows have been replaced.

Over the years we have hired a number of contractors for home improvement, but Mr. Rogers Windows has proven to be superior. We would highly recommend their service to homeowners who want to improve the look & energy efficiency of their home. It is a smart investment & we have no regrets!

I was advised against spending the extra money for Anderson windows, but my gut told me I wanted the quality and the rigidity of the composite material for my wall of windows. I could not be more pleased!! The installers were professional, courteous, able, and clean! My windows are extremely elegant, and the value of my home has increased significantly from the quality look alone!

I expect the performance will be clearly seen in my electric bill this winter. Thank you to all of Mr. Rogers' staff and crew for all the correspondence and attention. The Lifetime warranty is an huge plus!

The workers showed up on the time they were to be at my. house. They did a very fine and quick install and cleaned up before they left. The wife of the owner came by while the windows were being installed to thank me for buying their windows and gave me a small gift. That is what I call good customer service.

I called them for information and their secretary answering had no info on how things were done other than to set up appt. I do so, then within 20 minutes I had a text and an email. Their coordinator called back I tried to explain what I needed by the only thing kept saying is "you want a window?" At least 3 times. I did not answer the phone immediately when she called, so once again left message, email and text I asked they do repairs around the window and again she repeated you want a window.

I really wonder about the intelligence of their personnel, they are broken records. So I told them call again and it's harassment, blocked their number and hoping I never hear from them again I needed wood rot replaced around the top of the window and she was so clueless she didn't understand or she was so brainwashed that she is a broken record. I will never deal with them and this is a warning - be forearmed. Go elsewhere!

Over priced for a basic patio doors, cost over 5,800.00 bucks. You can get the same at lowes for 1/3 of this price. Perfect example of price gauging. Watch out for the fancy sales pitch. I don't recommend this company.

My comment is restricted to the first part of the process which is a sales pitch followed by measurement. The salesman was friendly and competent, nice guy and all, however, just before he started to measure the windows (casement style, 5'x2') he mentioned the average cost per window would be about $1700.each.installed. For me, that ended the conversation immediately.

I apologized to him for having to make the trip and I explained that his number was way beyond what I would judge to be reasonable. I don't recommend Renewal by Andersen. Almost any other building scenario will be cheaper. If you can live with a stock size, for example, you can get an Andersen 100 series window, made of the same Fibrex material, for roughly $300, have a carpenter install it, and get out for one third the price.
