We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Mr. Hardwood. We just recently purchased our first home and our floors desperately needed some TLC. Not only do our floors look amazing, but everyone I interacted with at Mr. Hardwood throughout the process was so helpful and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company again.

My old hardwood floor looks brand new and beautiful. The workers were very professional. When they were sanding the dust was almost non existent We could walk on the floors within a few hours. Denis, his team, and the people working at the office really came through for us and turned our nightmare of a situation around. Fantastic quality of work and customer service. We had been living in one bedroom of the house for three weeks waiting for the first contractor to make it right when we decided to call Mr. Hardwood.

They sent Denis out the next day for an estimate and work started a week and a half after that. Denis was honest with us from the beginning. The first contractor had done such a terrible job that a lot of issues weren't able to be resolved. He worked with us and talked us through our options. The team was done in three days. In the end, we are delighted with the result.

Our faith in hiring people to work on our home has been restored. The bottom line is that when you hire someone to work on your home you want good quality and even better communication. Mr. Hardwood Inc. provided both of those things. I highly recommend this business.

I highly recommend these guys. Ken is a great salesman who will walk you through every step of the process and answer every question you have. They were on time, thorough, accurate. They warranty their work and our hardwood floors look amazing. These guys are real professionals and it shows in every interaction you have with them.

Really happy with Mr. Hardwoods. We did a large project which included refinishing existing hardwood, replacing tile and carpet with hardwood, and replacing carpet stairs with hardwood. Big job! We researched several local companies and got quotes from 3. Mr. Hardwoods wasn't the cheapest, but we saw all glowing reviews and selected them to reduce the risk of poor-quality work.

With such a big job, we're glad we did. The project took one week and ended right on schedule. They knew we had movers booked to bring furniture on Wednesday, so worked hard to get everything done by Friday to give the needed drying period. At the end of the job, we did a thorough walk through of the job and found several things that need to be fixed. Corey and Stacey came by and fixed everything - without question. Their customer service is great. They truly ensure that you are 100% satisfied. We've had the floors for a month and they are beautiful!

Absolutely Amazing! I contacted Mr. Hardwood and spoke with Jeremiah. Very professional gentle, he listened to what I wanted and made a few suggestions. he came out and did an assessment and I received a quote within 24hours. Within a week and a half Christiano and his crew arrived. They arrived on time, very polite, very knowledgeable, cleaned after themselves and provided me with instructions each day on what to do and replaced all the furniture they moved without a hitch.

I absolutely LOVE my new floors. Jeremiah and his crew brought my beautiful floors back to life. These were original to the house (over 40yrs old) and haven't seen this type of love in a long time. Amazing work they came they saw and they conquered. The floors sank in places. The house is almost 100 years old. If I could have been in a newer house it probably would not have had subfloor issues.

I had my wood floors refinished with Mr. Hardwood prior to moving into my house and I can't recommend them enough. They did an amazing job of doing a custom mixed stain (gray and expresso) and it turned out beautiful. Ben, the contractor on site, worked with me to help test and decide colors and finishes. Everything went smoothly and according to plan as scheduled. Kirk and everyone else did a great job communicating with me before the work and following up after. Mr. Hardwood is one of the only contractors that I have come across that I would without a doubt use again.

Corey and Mr. Hardwood did a fantastic job on our Master Suite matching it perfectly with the rest of the house. In fact, it looks better than the rest of the house. He made some suggestions on how to improve the recent job and we will definitely use them to improve the work that others did.

I found Mr. Hardwood online. I checked reviews for several companies on several sites and theirs were consistently high and positive. I was not disappointed. I had the carpet in one large room replaced with hardwood and three additional rooms and hallways refinished. The floors are beautiful! They did a great job of matching the new floor with the old ones.

The team: Bruno, David, and Stacey were very professional and thorough. Since so much of the first floor of my home was involved it was pretty disruptive. But they worked with me to allow me to stay in and move around the house as much as possible. They moved my furniture and then put it back as they had found it originally. They cleaned up after themselves. Overall, a very positive experience!

First, I would like to say my husband and I was very please with the work that Mr hardwood provided. Believe me, my husband is hard to please but he was so happy he can't stop bragging about our floors.
