We needed help on a Saturday evening, and they were able to send someone quickly. Malcolm arrived within an hour of our initial call, and he was awesome! He was super friendly, reassuring, knowledgeable and professional. He got our problem fixed and our power back on in no time. I will 100% use Mr. Electric again in the future when needed!

Adam was awesome. He was prompt, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He quickly fixed our primary issue; then when we mentioned another issue we had put off repairing (because we were dreading the potential repair cost) he took a look and fixed that too - in about ten minutes for a very reasonable price. Why did we wait? Oh, and he did all this while patiently explaining to both me and my elderly, hard-of-hearing father exactly what he was doing at every step. Great experience. We'll definitely use Mr. Electric again. Two thumbs up.

Daniel Stakes was the tech. He replaced the panel in the house and diagnosed a problem with the line from the street to the house. He stayed and waited for the the power company to show up and explain the problem that i was having. There was no way i could have done that. Daniel did a great job. Dakota arrived on time and carefully listened to the concerns we were having as well as taking note of what we were asking him to replace in terms of switches/receptacles. He was very professional in walking us through all the work to be performed, as well as the general state of electric system. He was able to work with us on pricing based on the things we asked him to do. The work performed was exactly as I would expect, and he made sure once everything was complete that we were satisfied. Kevin Lane arrived the same day we called and repaired damage to our service drop caused by a fallen tree during hurricane Zeta. Due to his punctuality we were also able to have service restored by Georgia Power 15 minutes after his repairs were complete. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with. This was our first experience dealing with storm damage/seeking a private electrician and we were very pleased with the service provided. If any future electrical issues should occur I now know where to go!

I had damage to my home due to Tropical Storm Zeta. The morning of the damage, I called Mr Electronic and they sent Justin K. out ASAP to assess the damage. Justin is very professional, energetic and customer focused. We had to wait for Georgia Power to get out to disconnect the power (ended up being a few days delay with all the outages). In the meantime, Justin got all the replacement parts needed and prepped everything so he could work quickly once the line was dropped.

Mr Electric also kept in constant contact over the couple of days, checking on status from Georgia Power. Once GA Power dropped the line, Justin was back at my house within 2 hours. He knocked his part out quickly and professionally. I hope to use Justin and Mr Electric again under more happy circumstances.

Tropical storm pulled my lines down. once called Jacob was here within 2 hours and put me back together in an hour. They worked with a 3rd party for payment and with the permit office so efficiently that I got my release to turn power back on in the same day. Fantastic company. Fantastic people.

Tony did a great job - he was informative and very polite. Definitely recommend.

Dustin Veal showed up earlier than expected to fix an I bolt that was ripped out of the house during a storm earlier in the day. He was very professional, upbeat despite us being the sixth call that day, very informative and helpful, and overall put my mind at ease during a very stressful day. I had called other companies who had yet to call me back with an ETA by the time Dustin was finished. Amazing service, definitely worth the price given that it was the weekend and they were very responsive. Will be using them again, no question.

Daniel was on time, personable and solved my problem. He had to dig through some old wiring issues but stuck with it. Daniel was a nice guy and good to work with and I’d recommend him to others.
