I am so happy with Moyers. They did an amazing job landscaping my front yard and installing a walk way. It looks phenomenal. I am also getting lawn maintenance. After one month, I can already see a difference. The lawn looks so healthy. Everyone I dealt with at the company was very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend Moyers and would definitely use Moyers again.

I contacted the business via their online form, and had the response and quote (I am a returning customer) the first thing in the morning. After returning the form and the initial payment electronically the initial mowing, edging and blowing was performed the same afternoon. The front and back lawns look great. Many bushes in my garden were way overgrown and desperate for shaping/trimming. Moyers crew of 4 great guys came out this morning and transformed my garden beds. They trimmed, cleaned up neatly afterwards and did everything to perfection. And they were cheerful as they worked! A great team.

Critical: Professionalism Their crew was using gas powered leaf blowers in DC even though it is illegal. I am leaving 1stars, though I I have not used the service. This review will stay up until I see that crew no longer using them at the address they were spotted.

Moyers Lawn Service and Landscaping performed an excellent job overall. We got our front lawn design and landscaping done and we are very happy about it. From the initial free estimate to the design plans and discussion, they were very responsive and helpful. Jesse and Bryan were open to our questions and helpful with our concerns regarding the final look. The crew was very efficient and professional. We definitely recommend Moyers to everyone.

I had a small bed that needed work. The dirt was too compacted for me to work in, and I wanted a bush planted (which I provided) as well as a couple of pretty perennials added. The crew also divided up some overgrown perennials and added to the bed.

I needed some work done in our small front yard. Several hours after I wrote in to request an estimate, I got a response. Someone came out the next morning to discuss what we wanted. I received an estimate that afternoon. The job was done the following week and it looks great. I had reached out to other companies and received no response. I will be contacting Moyers the next time I need any landscaping done and will recommend them to anyone looking for lawn services. Thank you!

Our neighbor altered drainage in the backyard and caused water to enter our basement. Dale was spot on in his diagnosis and made expert recommendations on what needed to be done. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, prompt, candid and empathetic. Since the work had to be done by the neighbor we couldn't use his service this time, but he will have all of our future landscaping projects from this point on.

Can't thank him enough! Update: After working things out with the neighbor we decided to install a French drain next to our exterior wall as our protection against water intrusion. Dale was the first one we called. He scheduled the work promptly, thoroughly discussed the work details with his project manager and even showed up on the day of the work to ensure everything was done right.

His crew did a great job with the drain installation, also gave the property a nice yard cleanup. Price was really reasonable too. We couldn't be more satisfied and grateful. Absolutely the best!

We switched to Moyers some months ago and they've done a first rate job on our yard. We use them for lawn maintenance and more recently for leaf collection. We contracted Moyers to get an assessment of the grade and drainage around the foundation and a few other minor things (shrubs, weeds, lawn). The estimator arrived on time and we did a walk around the house. He was super helpful and told me that the foundation looks fine and there is only a small area that could need some minor grading work but not really necessary if there isn't any water leaking issues and it's not worth hiring a landscaping company to do the work.

So we decided not do anything with it. He also checked the weed tree next to the foundation where the HVAC condenser is located. It is again reassuring to hear that the tree does not pose any risk to the foundation and it is actually called butterfly bush and just needs to be trimmed down to the ground instead of being removed entirely. And he was so nice to offer to cut the branches for us without charging anything.

For our questions regarding the downspouts, he explained that we do not need to unblock the pipe that goes underground but simply cut it to the ground and buy a downspout extender and install it ourselves - simply and easy! Overall, the guy was SO helpful. We really appreciated the help and would highly recommend the company to anyone who needs landscaping services.

They were promptly responsive, organized, and professional. Unlike other landscaping companies, they were open to completing a one -time job and provided a reasonable quote. Their service was also well done.
