Mountainview did a great job on cleaning my carpets. They were able to identify areas where our pets had accidents and clean them very well an efficiently. My carpets feels refreshed and look great considering the living they have been through. They were a little more expensive than I was anticipating, but did such a great job it was well worth the price. Our technician was very thorough and gave me several pricing options to take care of our needs. Will definitely use them again in the future!

I do not recommend this company. They cleaned carpet in two bedrooms and a 10x10 bound carpet in an office. When the bound carpet dried, there were bleach like stains and mottled areas. I called the company the following day to say I was not satisfied with the service; someone was supposed to come look at it but never showed. I suspected there wasn't going to be a satisfactory resolution when their office said they wouldn't schedule a specific time on a problem like this, that someone would arrive within a four hour time frame. Needless to say I waited on the appointed day and no one came. I guess my check had cleared by then.

I had issues with my dryer not dying on the first cycle so I called the GE repair service.get another opinion. After replacing both units with New and Improved models I still had similar issues. A friend recommended Chem Dry for dryer vent cleaning, worked like a champ so counting bought a new washer and dryer and the reasonable cost of having Chem Dry come out. it only cost me a little over $2600.00 to get my dryer vent cleaned. should have called Chem Dry first. Highly recommend this company Having them clean my carpets next. Ask for Calab
