Gary was incredibly professional and honest. I've dealt with HVAC service issues where people just try to rip you off. Gary took a lot of time trying to figure what the issues was. He was genuinely concerned about resolving the problem in the most cost effective possible. And he was genuinely nice and kind. This was such an unusually positive experience. I can't enough about how much I appreciated the professionalism and care he took. I was truly dealing with a professional. Infinity stars!

Always excellent service, incredibly professional, always on time, explains the work they're doing and make sure we're comfortable with the cost before they move forward. Have used them for years and will continue to do so. We had Jason out here today to fix our air conditioner and he did so promptly and quickly. Lovely personality and very knowledgeable about his profession.

I blew a fuse at 1AM on Saturday. I called RR & they were able to squeeze me in on Saturday around noon. Brendon & George were on time after they & the dispatcher notified me of their whereabouts. They were thorough in their assessment my troubles, & fixed the whole problem the same day. It involved more than anticipated but they tackled it without whining OR charging me extra.

They explained everything so that even I could understand & gave me 4 options, explaining each one. I was very satisfied with their work & the results & would definitely use them again. Hopefully I'll never have to but I would refer friends to them. They were respectful of my property & cleaned up before they left.

We moved to a home last year that was original to 1973. Everything needed to be upgraded. We also have a Tesla so we needed to install an at home charging station. NICK is one of the nicest people I think I have ever met. He is patient, kind, knowledgable and trustworthy. If I had questions as to why they were doing something he explained in depth the reasoning behind it.

He upgraded out entire electric panel, added recessed lighting to every room, upgraded the outlets and plugs to make sure they were safe, installed the Tesla charger, and has since come back to install light fixtures. If I need anything done I call and ask for Nick! R&R has been a great company to work with, They stand by their work and get it done right the first time!

We had our HVAC system completely redone. RR was very thorough with the installation. Any concerns that came up was addressed once I called the office. We still are finishing up the patchwork of the house one month later, but multiple inspections and scheduling have made the process long. The work was good overall and as long as it is done well, the time it took to get there was worth it. Thank you RR. Our home is more comfortable now and ready for the summer.

Since the first time I contacted RR electric and every step from that moment it was truly exceptional. David -Dave was very professional, caring, kind and he made sure to keep my home clean while he was here inspecting the attic, checking the issue with the microwave and the fan. This is the best, most honest company you will ever find. They installed a new heater for my mother. She called them back every day for a week saying the thermostat wasn't working. The fact is my mom has dementia and she couldn't remember how to use it. They were so patient and kind to her. They would come out each time and patiently show her again and again until I told them they didn't have to go there anymore. They even wrote out simple instructions for her and taped it on the wall by the thermostat. Best company ever and your employees are amazing!

I loved that RR gave me an arrival time, not a window, and the technician was right on time. Ryan was professional, courteous, and really knowledgeable, and he did an excellent job keeping me informed of the progress the entire time. I used their water heater repair services but I'm so impressed that I plan to call them for their HVAC and electric maintenance services as well.

After getting multiple estimates, I really appreciate the service I received from RR Electric. I had the best experience with Electrical Technician, David Grooters. David is the friendliest guy, and I feel he went above and beyond completing my project. He answered all of my questions, and gave me different options to best suit my needs. He rearranged/added new breakers to my panel, installed a 240v plug, and perfectly installed my new EV charger. He even took the time to answer a number of other electrical questions/concerns I had with my house. I highly recommend RR Electric. ask for David.

Juan and Alex were excellent, on time, quiet efficient and thorough. Gary gave us the initial assessment and answered all of our questions. Thankfully due to a last minute opening, we were able to be done within 2 days of meeting and work took 6 hours. I can't recommend them enough and the price was significantly better than the competition and offered more services. My new go to ac company hands down.

Second time using these guys! The are so professional right from first phone contact. The work was at a condo 50 miles from our residence and they were so helpful coordinating the timing between myself and the technician! Chris was our tech and he's so perfect he could be in a TV add for them! Very nice and knowledgeable, and a pleasure to be around. Overall great experience!

I had issues with both the furnace as well as the air conditioner. I was hoping for repair, but quickly realized due to the age of equipment (20 to 40 years old) replacement was the only option. Very pleased with the whole process from diagnosis, discussions of options, quoting, installation arrangements and actual install. Everything went well and was timely, installed the next day. Kudos to the team that helped me from beginning to end.

Outstanding top notch work and customer service by Chris. He installed a new switch panel for my backup portable generator. Had a defective first generator and he came back out and helped assemble and test the replacement. Highly recommend this company for any electrical work. Thank You Chris!

Wow so impressed with Daniel and Jose! My Dad has had 7 outlets in his house out for a few years now, and running extension cords all around the living room. I wanted to have it fixed for him, called yesterday, and was able to get an appointment for today. Both of them were very friendly and super professional. It was not an easy task, after. opening many outlets, checking the wiring in the attic, and the panel, they finally found the issue in a place none of us expected.

The guy's at R & R Electric did a great job installing my hot water heater. They were their when they said they be and didn't leave until the job was done. Also they had the best price in town. I highly recommend R &R Electric if you want good work with a fair price,

One day about half of my electric outlets stopped working! I was worried something really bad was happening, so I looked at reviews on Yelp and decided to call RR to come check out what was wrong. I called after hours, but an answering service was available to take my call and Liat from RR called me about five minutes later to schedule an appointment. Chris showed up the next day, very professional and friendly, had a mask on and had his feet covered with paper booties to protect the inside of my house.

He gave me many options and I chose to have my panel upgraded to 200 amps. I feel their prices were right in line. He and an associate came the next day to do the upgrade and troubleshoot a problem left by a previous electrician and found the problem! I will definitely be calling them for any HVAC and electric needs I have in the future. Thanks so much!

Hector/Josh and the entire staff at RR Electric were great to deal with. From the start they made all arrangements from removal of old ducting, furnace and the install. They were always on time no delays and were completed on schedule. Was nice to have a company and staff that performed and delivered as they said they would. Would reccomend them to anyone i know thats looking for heating and air replacements or upgrades.

I don't usually write reviews unless I'm mad, but I was so shocked to see some of these reviews were from people who had negative responses. I guess you can't make everyone happy all the time. I was definitely happy!! As a woman, I am always dreading having to call someone out to the house. I don't want to be cheated, overcharged, or confronted with a creepy guy.

I originally called because I thought my air conditioner wasn't efficient enough. The estimate was a little higher that other business, but they were so professional on the phone that it was an easy choice. I have always felt that you get what you pay for, and I'm always wanting quality so that I don't have to keep fixing something that should have been done right the first time!

I was greeted at the door by one of the techs. He was incredibly polite, well-dressed and very clean. He asked me a couple of questions. Asked if he could enter my home and listened to me like what I said mattered. What?! He assessed my home, and he found out that the main issue with my air conditioner was that my duct was clogged and needed cleaning.

I didn't know that was something that needed doing, but he showed me before and after pics that he took right in front of me! He told me that my system was in good working order. He gave me options and potential things to look out for in the future. He left my house spotless and even wore shoe covers. I am SOOOOO impressed with this company! I wish they fixed cars!!!! I highly recommend them to anyone young, old, woman or man who needs any work done on their home for electric, heating and air. What an incredible find!

Very nice receptionist but she did an entire intake on me including spelling my name, address, phone number, email to finally tell me there's a charge for them to just come out and tell you how much they're going to charge you. That charge would be $69.99 which they're happy to put towards whatever you have them do but if you don't have them do anything that is what you are charged. Do I really have to go through an entire intake to find out I don't even want to work with this company? Very inefficient

Thank you RR EH&A and big thank you to Brody for coming out to my house just now to diagnose my AC issue. I called my usual company of 7 years and they scheduled me for Monday. I can't wait two day with the house not cooling off and having kids and pets. I looks on Yelp and called around and finally someone answered at RR EH&A. I asked if they could come out today and they did within a half hour.

I wish I could give this business more stars! In the summer of 2014 in the midst of a heat waive our a/c decided to die. Not only it was 110 degrees, but my husband and I were headed out of town, and my elderly parents were supposed to stay in the house with the dogs.

I needed some work done rewiring a 2 post lift at my brothers shop. The technicians that came out were very professional and knowledgeable. The price was a little bit out of my budget but good work isn't cheap and it was well worth it.

I would like to thank Rick and his amazing staff for installing my parents new AC/Heating unit at their home. From the beginning of the process, they were nothing but helpful and guided me through every little detail in getting this done in an easy and above all efficient way. I had RR come out and replace my heating and A/C system back in November of 2013. They did a great job and had my new system up and running within 48 hours. They even discovered cracks in the heating elements of the old system which would eventually lead to carbon monoxide leaking from the furnace.
