Twice our Heating unit has gone out on two very cold days. We called and Miller Servive responded quickly and repaired our heating unit. Our unit needs a part replaced which is on order but due to shipping back ups it's taking a while. In the mean time Miller Servive was able to get it working.(safely) Thank you all very much for great service and Thank you Jo for being so helpful when we call. When Charles Miller and Mike installed a new heat pump system in my home, they had so much to do to make it fit right and to update my 28 year old home to the current codes. They did it all with a quiet, steady grace. They left my home better than they found it. Just a beautiful job. My new heat pump works great and I'm very happy with it.

Mr. Miller was the first of the 3 contractors to return my call and he was willing to come out and diagnose my heat pump despite inclement weather (snow). He returned the next morning, diagnosed the problem and quickly had the repair completed. A true professional!

The service was excellent. Miller responded to my inquiry within 5 minutes and was at my house to repair the furnace within 1/2 hour. The furnace was back working in less than one hour and all this took place on a Friday evening after 9:00 PM. I highly recommend Miller Services!

Charles was very professional and punctual. He came recommended by a co-worker. He showed up on time, each time. The work was performed as described, in a timely manner. The cost was also on par with other contractors in the area. My wife is pregnant and was really struggling without A/C.
