DONT TRUST THEM. Poor customer service, bullying tactics to get you to sign an agreement. They will promise everything ADT can offer, even a six month moeny back guarantee, and not come through. Failure to fully install system as promised. When I called to voice my concerns about a lack of the full system I signed a contract for and I was told that would cost more money.

When I told them I would like to cancel they threatened me and then hung up on me. Poor customer service and bad promises. You should be able to trust the company "protecting" your home. I do not.

This company will look to take advantage of you, avoid at all costs. An agent harrassed me for 6 months to sign up for a security system. Once me and my wife agreed the agent misrepresented and ommited material facts and misled my family. This company is all about sales even if it means commiting fraud. I failed to read further into reviews of this company on BBB and how they take advantage of middle class families. Avoid this company at all costs, because they will find away to take advantage of you.

Millennium Alarm installed service in the wrong phone box and it was never tested. I came to find out 2 years later when an ADT tech came by to assist with some errors in the control box. Millennium blamed responsibility on me and refused a partial refund.

I just pulled into my garage and two of your salespeople flew up the street and parked. They got out of their cars fast to come over and approach me. The female salesperson said they wanted to talk about a break in that happened last night in my community. IN FRONT OF MY KIDS! Really? So, you think if you give my kids nightmares I will buy an alarm system from you? Totally unprofessional.
