Gary did a great service for us in repairing our electric tankless water heater! We've had a lot of trouble since it was installed by another company with several repairs done before that never fixed the issue. I believe he has done the repairs that will finally fix it as it should have been done! In 2 years, we've had about 10 leaks ranging from pinhole leaks in copper pipes to large drain pipe leaks in our condo. After working with a few other plumbers, Midway is now our go to when we have plumbing issues. They always do good, professional work, clean up after themselves, and they are pleasant to work with. We are just about on a first name basis with Caleb, and always feel confident that the problem will be found and fixed whenever he shows up.

Service was fantastic. Called at 8am, was scheduled for a time window between 3-5pm of the same day for a non-emergency request. Received a call shortly later saying a technician could come out in 15-20 minutes. Mark showed up around 9:30, and quickly replaced my leaking valves and spigot. It looks great and professional. I'd recommend Midway and especially Mark to anyone!

Midway came out to inspect for signs of a slab leak. Mark was very professional and knowledgeable in explaining the process and cost. In an effort to give me a fair diagnosis, Mark advised that based on a thorough examination of the property itself did not show signs of a leak. While he did explain that he could not know for certain without conducting a full examination of the drainage system, he felt comfortable making an assessment based on his experience, and.recommended other cost effective options I can pursue before spending money on a test I may not need.

Mark was great and very professional. Midway plumbing now will be my first call from now on. My repair is complete and leak free. The final bill actually came in less than the original estimate, other companies might just stick with their estimate and over charge you. Call them - you'll be happy in the end. Wayne came out on a Sunday afternoon and fixed an absolute plumbing DISASTER while I was out of town. He came quickly and worked from earlier in the afternoon until after sunset. He has done a phenomenal job and I will absolutely use Midway again for any future plumbing needs.

First I have to say that I don't live in Abilene and I am a plumber in San Antonio but of course I do have family that lives there. I get a call from my uncle and I am trying to Sunday quarterback him trying to find a water leak because they had a high water bill. I started with the obvious items and the meter did not stop. I told my uncle Robert this is probably not good and we needed to get a company out there.
So I called around and looked at all reviews. I stumbled upon this gem of a company- They were friendly on the phone(that's huge in my business) helpful getting a time frame down. They sent out a plumber and he found the leak within 20 mins. It was only a flapper that was leaking! My aunt and uncle were so thankful and I paid for the service over the phone with my credit card- Thanks Midway from one plumber to the next!

Very prompt and friendly. We were notified of time of visit. Also was sent picture of employee and time of arrival. Gary searched for all possible leak sources. Ryder assisted him and cleans up area before leaving. Gary’s knowledge and assessment of situation gave us confidence in source of leak. Would highly recommend to others.

I'm currently overseas so my girlfriend had to handle everything when they came to unclogg a shower drain that kept getting worse. I was on the phone, and still extremely pleased by the service and results. Very fast service from the moment I called to the time the plumber called me to the time he showed up to our house. Glen was very professional but also personable and friendly. Vance was very professional and upfront about all costs, prior to performing the work. He was very knowledgeable and gave us several options, including the option to use someone else once he pinpointed the issue. He had a helper named CJ that was also very professional. They came out in a timely manner and spent as much time as they needed to do the repair properly.
They even started to look at another issue, although they were at the end of their day. They exceeded my expectations by far. I highly recommend Midway Plumbing. I will definitely use them for ALL future work.

I live in a condo which is a complicated plumbing system. Vance let me knew exactly what was going on and was super transparent on how they priced their business and everything. Gary was my tech that came to my house last year to do some plumbing work. I was very impressed with him and when I needed more work done this year I requested for him to do it. Very very knowledgeable and professional. Good sense of humor and hard working and explains things in detail and really makes you feel that he's there for you and not just to do another job.
I'm very impressed with the text with his picture though I knew he was coming that's cool. Midway plumbing really makes you feel like a customer and not a paycheck. Job well done Gary and midway!!! Will recommend!!

Excellent service! Their staff keeps you updated all the time on your upcoming service. I truly appreciate a text with a picture and other information made us prepared who to expect at the front door. Glen came very politely and respectful. He explains the problems and process all the way, what to expect and what needs to be done. He is very kind and really appreciate him teaching us as a new home owner of several things that we need to know especially with our water heater. Midway is a family friendly company not for the profit. Five stars for Glen! He did a great job!

We've exclusively used Midway Plumbing for over 10 years. So, when they discovered we had a leak under the slab in our waterline, I knew Midway would have the answer. David Ratliff explained their new pipe lining process and the decision was simple. My wife and I did not want to have someone jackhammer up the floor in our bedroom to get to the leak.

Had to get my sink checked and pipes unclogged this morning. The plumber was very friendly. He told me about what he was doing and why. Gives you 3 options with prices. Got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Might be a tad higher than others but you get it back in the professional customer service and professional work. Even told me how to do preventive maintenance on my sink. I think I found my new plumbing company.

Our home sits on almost an acre. So, the sewer line is over 100 feet from the alley. We were so worried that they were going to have to dig up our big backyard. But Midway was able to replace the entire line without digging a huge trench. This is the third plumbing job Midway Plumbing has done for us and if something else goes wrong that's who we'll call again.

I had the pleasure of Gary McWhorter coming out to unstoppable a drain for me after I tried relentlessly and failed. He understands stopped it with ease, ran a camera down it to ensure it was good, and sold me some enzymes to help keep it from happening again which I had asked about. He didn't try to push them on me. He then looked at my main swore line and realized it needed to be rooted so he did that as well.
I feel he went above and beyond what he needed to do there and I am thankful for that. He broke down exactly what it would cost before he did any work. My only complaint with the company is that they are more expensive than others in town. Although you get what you pay for and they also have the best warranty in town.

We had a water line that was leaking. Midway Plumbing rebuilt the water line under the slab using their pipe relining system. They didn't have to tear out concrete to get the line fixed which saved us a lot of extra time, money and hassle. Their crew was so nice they even mapped out the entire piping system of the pool for future reference. I would definitely use Midway again.

I called Midway and they assured me that they'd be at my house that day. I call 4 hours later to ask if I was still on the schedule and I was told "Nope, looks like it's going to be tomorrow." Thanks for the heads up, Midway.
They left me stuck not being able to use my toilets, which is really great when you have two little ones in the house who pee constantly. I understand that things get busy, but enough notice that would allow me to call around to other places would have been nice. Needless to say, I called someone else. I certainly won't be trusting Midway ever again.
If they can't be trusted or bothered to give their customers a call to let them know that the schedule has changed, then I most definitely will not trust them to not rip me off.

Our water heater started rusting out. So, we called Midway to replace it. Midway's technicians showed up at on time at 9 am and were done in less than 4 hours! How convenient is that! The technician explained everything in detail including Midway's annual maintenance and 10 year replacement warranty at no extra charge!

Tried to connect the water line to the new fridge on a nice sunny Sunday. Should take 10 min. right? That water tap had never been used and was leaking. Even though I turned off the water main it ended flooding the whole kitchen and half the living room. Called Roto-Rooter between soaking towels and emptying buckets. Marc came out promptly and this "easy" job took him a couple of hours because he has to go get parts, cut drywall, copper tubing, re-solder joints and cleanup. Yeah, connecting the water line only took him a minute. Marc was professional, courteous, and Roto-Rooter doesn't charge extra for weekends. It did cost a little more than expected but hey, there's inflation, and wait, the color of the fridge doesn't quite match the kitchen!
