Setup an appointment for an estimate on a big deck/fence job. They were a no show and no call. I called asking.rescheduled appointment, and now second time.no show no call. Good luck with these guys not wasting your time. Seems to be a reoccurring theme looking through these reviews.

We recently had Mid-South Fence & Deck rebuild our deck. They arrived on time & showed up when they said they would. It took them 2 days to tear down our old deck and rebuild a 16x16 wooden deck. They cleaned up all trash & used a magnet to pick up all nails before they left. We had a few minor issues with the deck and Carlos was very responsive and quick to return & repair anything we were not happy with. All in all, they did a great job and were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.

David showed up when he said he would to give me an estimate for my deck replacement and fence/gate repairs. He was reasonably priced and he was extremely knowledgeable. He didn't try to take advantage of the fact that I was a female like several other companies that came out to give me bids. He is extremely honest, respectful, punctual and his crew did a phenomenal job. I would highly recommend this company.

David and his team have been amazing. They have completed a beautiful deck and new porch screens for us in the West End neighborhood. They pay attention to detail, work hard, and just get the job done. Our project was not simple or cheap, but they've absolutely nailed it. We got quotes from 3 other companies and struggled with responsiveness, quote details, and in some cases we just didn't trust them. Mid South was cost competitive, fast, and they didn't cut any corners. We couldn't be happier.

I am so happy with the quality of work and attention to detail to build my fence and covered deck. Things that I didn't expect were built for my convenience. My outside water spigot would have been under my deck, accessed by a removable plank to get to the handle. They also installed a spigot on the outside of my deck for extra convenience. Mr. Martinez was meticulous in his work. I will definitely recommend this company and will be using them in the future.
