The ladies who came to clean my house were so sweet, respectful and professional. They did an amazing job! My house looks and smells so good. They even cleaned my baseboards! Their customer service to set things up as a new customer was excellent - very responsive and pleasant to work with. Hope and Amber were the crew that came out for my first cleaning and they were fantastic! We had a lot of dust built up, just one of those things I never seem to be able to get to, and they got it all. And they did a great job with everything else as well (vacuuming, toilets, tubs, mopping, etc.), they were very detailed!

If this is an indication of future cleanings (I set up a monthly cleaning), I'm very glad I chose Merry Maids. I originally set up service with another company, but had problems with their customer service which led me to comparison shop some more and find Merry Maids. Glad it all seems to have worked out.

Merry Maids generously gifts two free cleanings to cancer patients, which is how I came to use them. I've had one cleaning so far, with the next one coming up in a week. They sent three cleaners to work for one hour. Fast and efficient, my house was greatly improved after their visit. They dusted and vacuumed the living & dining rooms and the hall, cleaned the kitchen and both bathrooms (countertops, tub and shower, and floors). Great experience.

I’ve been a customer for years and remain incredibly pleased with my decision. It’s so nice to come home to a clean house and know that’s one less thing to worry about. Customer service (the few times I’ve needed them) is prompt and professional. We feel lucky to have Hope and Amber as our regular cleaning team. They are friendly, polite, and do a fantastic job. The service and the staff are absolutely fantastic they knew how to take care of what I needed done with my house in Philadelphia and they worked with me and understood my situation. They were absolutely fantastic. They were great! If you're in the Philadelphia area and you want to service from like this you need to call this company. These people are the best.

My house is always clean. They do great with the bathroom cleaning, making beds and dusting. However, I still wish you would offer a Tier 2 service so that they would do deeper services that you would get from hiring an individual. I would be happy to pay more for more options!

The ladies of Team 2 arrived on schedule. They proceeded to thoroughly clean our condo from top to bottom. All work was done quickly, neatly and professionally. There was no stop during their visit. Completely impressed by their performance.

We had Merry Maids come out for the first time this past Wednesday. I wasn't expecting too much other than taking some of the load off mine and my wife's back as we are trying to run our growing business and wanted to turn our Sunday's into family time versus spending the whole day cleaning. I was literally shocked at how clean our house was and how many areas they cleaned, and cleaned really well.

I am extremely picky and spend way too much time cleaning than I probably need to, but these two ladies they sent cleaned areas of the house I never even try to get to. We have big wooden baseboards that are painted white. They wiped down the top of the baseboards throughout the entire house (all 3300 sq feet). I was feeling like I was going to have to repaint them someday but not anymore, they look brand new.

They even pulled our night stands out and vacuumed behind them. This was such a good experience and such a good decision to call them. After this visit we went ahead and signed up for a year.
