Very slow customer service and no customer acknowledgement, not very knowledgeable sales person, the foreign lady always seems to have an attitude with helping Everytime I come in. I always end up leaving and going somewhere else for products.

I've always been greeted with a friendly associate. Never had someone try to push items I don't need. Really knowledgeable, great company.

Run from this company! Terrible service manager, Dwayne told me I should just fill my pool in, even though they had been servicing it for years.

We have a above ground pool the owner of the store was very helpful with explaining my needs for keeping my pool clean will be back soon

Memphis Pool Supply on Getwell has provided us with outstanding value for over 40 years! Brooks and others go out of their way to give the best pool advice and at the best price (they know all of the options). Recently, Dwayne oversaw and did most of the installation work for us on a new sand & gravel filter system we needed, and he did an excellent job with all aspects. We have ALWAYS had a great experience with Memphis Pool on Getwell!

The service department is awesome beyond words and get 20 stars out of five; unfortunately, the retail store is far from it and makes you empty promises. They will sell you chemicals you don't need (I mean I get that it is a pool store after all) but they go as far as to not honor your warranty on any big ticket item you buy from them that they pitch to you- especially the Dolphin at at least in my case has been the issue. Instead, they give you a pitch about how the problem is just a "swivel" or something when it is actually the hose itself but what they don't tell you when you buy that expensive Dolphin is they don't honor the warranty and instead try to sell you the $250 hose each year thereafter.

A nice fellow named Brooks showed me a hose that is covered under the warranty and how mine was not doing that yet and that is what the warranty covers; although, I explained to him that mine certainly has been doing that same thing but in multiple places in the hose, he just said try this now and reports my hose is straight when I know it isn't.

We had our pool serviced by Dwayne and Rico! Fabulous job, guys! I could not be more impressed! They changed out the sand filter (I know, our pool is 20 years old) and overhauled the Polaris. They were such a delight! THANK YOU! I highly recommend this team of men. Susan Martin

These folks are the crown jewel of customer service! I wish they would put a store in the Southaven area. Their products and prices are hard to beat anywhere. They take a lot of headache out of owning and maintaining a pool! 5 stars for sure!

The people were nice but all of the employees were wearing masks below their chins. I was also basically told that because I gave a small pool, they couldn't help me. I had to ask the guy to sell me testing strips. I'll go elsewhere to buy the chemicals I need.

Absolutely the best! The only pool company who has ever tried to really fix the problem with our pool/spa. We have had numerous consults and work done from other pool companies, leak company and resurfacing company and they were the only ones to find the problems. Both Bill and Leslie were patient and tried to explain the problems to me. Even though I know this pool is a money pit I'm so thankful to have found them. If anyone in the Olive Branch area needs a pool company, I highly recommend them.

I've been there about 5 times this season and I have no complaints. I always get fast, friendly, service and luckily they haven't been charging for water tests thank god because when they start back charging I may go to a different pool store but for now, they get 5 stars! Great job guys! They do sell Poolife chemicals which is what brought me in the first time! I'll update again in the future.

Misrepresentation at its best. I purchased a house with a pool that needed maintenance. I have paid for at least four water tests with a promise that the water testing fee would be returned to me if I purchased chemicals. It never happens. They make you pay for the water test upfront and will not let you add it to the chemical bill. They claim a rebate will be mailed to your house for the water testing fees.

It has been over six weeks and no such rebate has been mailed. I took my customer loyalty card there today to purchase chemicals and was told my water testing fees would be rebated by my loyalty card. Again, another falsehood. I have yet to receive the money back from multiple water tests and have once again had to pay for another water test plus $80'of chems. It's a merry-go-round to suck more money out of you.

The store clerk, who was nice, said he would be glad to research the water test rebate issue in a week when he got back from "flying". I'll be flying as well. To another pool shop.

So pleased with Memphis Pool quality, service, and knowledgeable professionals when they refurbished my 1970's pool - concrete, bullnose brick edging, tile and plaster. Everyone was so helpful through all of the phases of demolition, construction, after-care. Easy to have their friendly and hard-working team at my home. Thank you to all! Highly recommend.

Worst pool service in town! They started service of my pool and front yard fountain in August of 2017 as my previous pool company went out of business. My front yard fountain looks like a green pond with lot of algae. Its never been cleaned since then even after showing them personally. Sent them pictures but no one ever replied. Billing department never picks up the phone and never returns the call. Really frustrated! Called even owner of the company with no luck!

My husband and I use Memphis Pool for all our chemicals and pool openings, so when it came time for a new liner, we went to them. The new liner is beautiful! We knew it would look great, but we had no idea what a wonderful job they would do and what a difference it would make. We really appreciate everyone at Memphis Pool for the quick turnaround time and quality work!

I have been going here for 20 years. The staff is very knowledgeable which helps tremendously when you have a problem with your pool. They have a great selection of chemicals which are needed to keep your pool in check. They also have a full pool water checking lab lay also helps the pool owners out. It's a great store and I will always shop there.

This is the worst contractor I ever met: (1) when you call, they offer a low price and get the work, but ask your credit card info, (2): after done, they keep charge and upsale, no invoice no receipt!

Spent $381 to have Polaris rebuilt three weeks ago, about a week ago started not performing properly again. Took it in and wanted to charge another $175 to replace more parts. Could have bought a new one for $500. One would think rebuild meant just that apparently not. Lady in line behind me shared the shop here is terrible.

I only come here because it is right down the street from my office and I can swing in and out quickly to get chemicals. The owner really should invest in teaching these kids that work there better customer service skills. It is just plain awful!

BIG MISTAKE using these guys. They never finished the job - I'm out $70K.
