I really appreciate all the steps Master Plumbing & Heating takes with their appointments. I received a call the morning of the appointment confirming the date, they gave me an approximate time I should expect to see them, and they told me the name of person who would be coming to my home. Further, Master Plumbing & Heating emailed me a picture of the technician, so I felt secure in who I was welcoming into my home.

I also appreciate their use of ipads when showing the breakdown of pricing and labor costs. The pricing is already loaded into the program displayed on the screen, so no chance for funny "add-on" costs. Today, I had Brett service my furnace. He was very courteous, introduced himself right away, and took the time to explain what he was examining, and then doing. I appreciate the way Master Plumbing & Heating does business in a very customer-driven fashion.

We came home from vacation to find our hvac unit leaking water in our basement. I called and spoke to a very nice receptionist lady (Amanda?) who was not only able to get me scheduled for the same day but also had a tech at my door in 30 minutes due to a cancellation. Ty the technician was very efficient and had located and fixed the issue within a few minutes.

He was professional and polite and even chatted with me while performing the work to explain how the unit worked and what had caused the issue. So when he mentioned their "Green Club" package I of course jumped on that deal. Highly recommend Master plumbing and Ty for your hvac needs and we will be using them for all our future needs.

We called on a Sunday morning (4/28/19) and needed someone to fix the water heater that was incorrectly and unsafely installed the day before by another “plumber”. Showed up within a couple hours and professionally, courteously, and safely replaced the ruined water heater with a new one in a few hours time. I wish I could remember his name as he should be recognized. Thank you for helping us out in the challenging situation!

Air conditioner died and they came out same day and unfortunately, have to replace our old air conditioning unit. Bob and Ty and the nicest people and even got us a portable A/C to get us by since we can't get the new one installed until next Monday. I would highly recommend these guys.

From how they answered the phone to how quickly they fixed our plumbing emergency, they were top notch. Great customer service I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We called Master Plumbing after the garbage disposal backed up out of the pipes in our basement overnight. The mess was bad and we hadn't had a chance to clean up the worst of it when Brian arrived.

Sean was very professional and helpful! He quickly diagnosed the garbage disposal as having a bad motor. While he was there, he offered to check the sump pump. We had noticed a small bit of water in the basement, but no other clear indications that it was not working (note, we've just moved into the house a few weeks ago, so we didn't know the full history of it).

The shut off valve under our bathroom sink came loose and water ran into the basement. This was 10:00 pm on Easter Sunday. We called a few places and Mater Plumbing was the only one that answered. It was higher than usual due to the holiday, but really it wasn't that bad.

We had leak under our kitchen sink and I called master plumbing because they did some work for me in the past. Bryan V was service Technician and he was outstanding. He found the leak and fixed it quickly.

On late Monday afternoon, my wife called for a non emergency plumbing problem. Tuesday morning before 9 am, John and Dakota arrived. They put on shoe covers before evaluating the problem. They fixed the problem, had time to chit chat and were on their way in less than half an hour.
