Martin Pools did a great job from designing the pool to handing over the keys. They designed and built the pool to exactly what we wanted and offered great ideas along the way. They made absolutely sure everything worked they way we wanted and trained us on how to work and maintain the pool. I highly recommend them. Mike did a great job designing our pool and the price was as expected. The construction team was responsive and completed the pool in the expected time frame. The only real issue was I thought there could have been more communication from the construction manager to his team and to us as to what to expect during the construction process as opposed to us having to contact the office to get answers to our questions and concerns.
Still a good design and installation in the end. I've already made several recommendations to others in our neighborhood. As a result three other have decided to use Kerry Martin.

Would 100% recommend Martin Pools to anyone! From our salesman Mike, to Donna at the office, Brian our job site supervisor and all of the crew that performed the work. Special shout out to Donna as she was super patient with us first time pool owners! Everyone was professional, courteous and available to answer any questions we had. They started our pool even earlier than we had hoped and stayed on top of construction until the end without any major delays. Our pool is absolutely beautiful and just the way we designed it. Can't wait to enjoy it all summer! Thank you Martin Pools!

We had an amazing experience with Kerry Martin Pools. The entire process with seamless, even during COVID when there were many shortages and delays. The design process, building process and follow up has been outstanding. The team was communicative and top notch! The pool is gorgeous and equipment is state of the art. would highly recommend to anyone!

Kerry Martin Pools built our pool this year and we couldn't be more pleased with the final product as well as the overall process. They were professional, courteous, communicated with us well through the process and after completion to make sure we were satisfied. Even with the slow down during the materials shortage, we feel like the pool was completed in a timely manner.
We are so pleased with the design and the quality of the final product and are enjoying our heated pool and the ambiance of our beautiful new outdoor space even in the cooler season. We would highly recommend Martin Pools!

The entire Kerry Martin team provided top notch customer service and were always professional. Kyle was always available to answer my many questions and Donna kept me up to date on the crews and when they were scheduled to arrive which was extremely helpful. The footer and paver crew did a superb job extending our patio, absolutely loved the 80's screen crew-so friendly and they did a great job on our lanai. Then we wrapped it up with an awesome Pool School with Zach! We would certainly recommend them to all our family and friends. Valarie Wright
