This review is for my parents who do not use google but wish to review Mr. Chavez and the job his crew did for them. After some storm damage, my parents needed their roofs replaced on their home and workshop. They decided to use Mr. Chavez after getting several bids. His bid was very precise and fair and they felt very comfortable in their choice.

He was also extremely helpful in choosing the color and style of the new roof. His crew was very professional and did a fantastic job and even replaced some "soft" wood underneath the old shingles. My dad used to do roofing when he was younger and was very impressed at Mr. Chavez's crew. The cleanup was exceptional and the job was done timely and thoroughly. They are so happy with the job Mr. Chavez did and the new roof looks beautiful!

Manuel and his crews replaced flooring throughout our home, moved a wall, built a huge master closet, completely overhauled 2 bathrooms. This included putting in a tub/shower combo where one never existed. Installed new vanities Enlarge a very small shower to a large walk in. This bunch from the top down is top-notch! I would hire him again and if you can say that about your contractor that says a lot. Manuel stood behind his work and his word. Hard to find both this day and time.

Critical:Professionalism They roofed house next door, they left nails in my driveway 2 days in a row and every time my wife came home they had to stop working and start watching. Professional my.

They replaced the roof tiles, but didn't replace the rotted wood. But not just that, they put holes in the parts of wood that was rotted. And just covered it up with the tiles. I do construction work and roofs for chicken houses, and you always replace the bad wood.

From the start, Manuel Chavez was the only roofer (of 4) who seemed legitimately interested in replacing our roof. The no pressure, straight forward approach was both informative and reassuring. The workers showed up, coffee and shingle scraper in hand, and were on the roof within 1 minute (literally) of backing up to my house! Many times throughout the day I was strongly encouraged, by the crew, to join them on the roof and check out their work.
